Orahovac Self catering villa rental - lovely home in Bay of Kotor, Montenegro

Orahovac is a picturesque fishing village situated in a small hamlet on the Bay of Kotor between Kotor and Perast. The village has a lovely long south facing stone beach, the nicest in the area. At one end of the beach is a seasonal beach bar and the other end is the hotel Amfora. The hotel has it’s own beach bar, fitness room, and it would be possible to get an internet service. A regular local bus service operates on the main road from by the village shop between Kotor and Risan with connections to Herceg Novi. Orahovac is perfectly situated for relaxing or exploring around the ancient towns and cities of this region Kotor, Budva, Herceg Novi and Rose and offers tranquillity, history, walking, wildlife and total relaxation in one of the most stunning locations in Europe.

Rental notes: A non-refundable 25% deposit is payable on booking and the balance payable 6 weeks before arrival. Payment is in Euros via bank transfer. A refundable deposit of 300 Euros is required on arrival to cover any breakages. A one off residential tax of 3 euros per person and a local tourist taxes of 80 cents a day per person needs to be paid within 24 hours of arriving, our agent can advise you. The entrance to the villa is on the first floor into a spacious open plan room, consisting of a large seating area with a big terrace and a beautiful view over the bay of Kotor, an arch through to the kitchen area and a cloakroom. Below on the ground floor is off road parking, a large bedroom with french doors opening on to a terrace, a bathroom with bath, wc and washing machine. This room is suitable for young families as there are no balconies. On the top floor we have three bedrooms two with double beds and one with twin beds all with their own shower rooms, wc’s and balconies and two with sea views. The house is air conditioned and has central heating for the winter months.

Outside Area:Outside we have a small garden with a barbeque.
