We are located in a serene place only 4 km distanced to the sea. VILLA SICULA is a modern villa build on the foundations of a much older dwelling. It is composed of 2 pretty holiday apartments “DOLCE VITA” and “SOLE MIO” and a third one, in which we live in ourselves. DOLCE VITA and SOLE MIO are relaxed private apartments and awaiting you in a peaceful setting. As the properties are personally managed by the owner, high standards of cleanliness and comfort are assured. The apartments are completely equiped for all your needs. They are cool in the height of summer and warm in winter thanks to the heating. The apartments are furnished in a modern mediterranean style. You won’t miss an air condition thanks to our location of 200 m above the sea level and the nice refreshing sea breeze. Villa Sicula provides an excellent base for you to explore and discover sicily. Enjoy our large garden with mediterranean plants and the private swimmingpool.

VILLA SICULA is located close to the town of MARINA DI RAGUSA destrict of RAGUSA. This is a small old fishing port that bustles with life in summer, but very sedate in winter. Beautiful strechtes of beach lined with palm trees are inviting for a romantic walk. MARINA DI RAGUSA is animated by local people and it is well maintained the whole year round. Tourism don't plays an important part in this area of sicily. RAGUSA and its ancient part IBLA are pretty barrocc towns, such as NOTO, MODICA and SCICLI nearby. Close to us is the lovely castle of DONNAFUGATA and for those who loves the nature, you'll find fantastic natural parks for hiking, such as CAVA GRANDE DI CASSIBILE, a famous large canyon or PANTALICA with it's ancient caves and fantstic nature. PIAZZA AMERINA with it's famous mosaics and the antique potteries of CALTAGIRONE are not far. It's also easy to visit in a day trip the VALLYEY OF TEMPEL at AGRIGENTO, the MOUNT ETNA or SIRACUSE.

DOLCE VITA: 2-5 sleeps, approx. 60 sqm, ground floor, private terrace with wood furnishment and bbq, spacious fully equiped eat-in kitchen, livingroom area with sofa and arm chair, SAT TV and stereo, 1 bedroom with king size bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single and 1 loft bed, 1 bathroom and storage SOLE MIO: 2-3 sleeps, approx. 50 sqm, attic with good insulation, private roof terrace with lovely view over the fields to the sea, equiped with wood furnishment, spacious fully equiped eat-in kitchen, livingroom area with sofa bed and arm chair, SAT TV and stereo, 1 bedroom with queen size bed, 1 bathroom and storage

Outside Area:VILLA SICULA is situated in a serene place in the country, surrounded by carrob trees and typical stone walls. A lovely well maintained mediterranean garden with lots of palm trees gives you holiday feelings. The pool area is equiped with chairs and table and sun beds. It is partly shaddowed with a gazebo. VILLA SICULA is totally fenced around with the typical stone wall.
