The villa is brilliantly appointed and has every facility required to make your stay there easy. The view is amazing, like on a boat. In the evening the sunset is so beautiful. Cradled by rugged mountains and surrounded by a patchwork of citrus groves and vineyards, the sleepy town of Polis has managed to doze through the property boom that's transformed much of the south coast. The town's whitewashed sugar cube houses, plump Orthodox Church domes and shady courtyards are a reminder of a Cyprus that's fast disappearing and much of Polis' charm lies in watching local life tick slowly by.

Rental notes: Rates are for 1-6 people. Maximum occupancy is 8 people with an additional charge of 25euros/person/day. Rates include one cleaning-bed sheet, towel change once a week. Air-condition units are charged 5euros/day / unit. Heated pool optional at 69euros/day. Daily cleaning service is available upon request. Check our contract form. Additional 70% due upon arrival. On the ground floor there is a sitting room, dining room with beautifully built centrepiece fireplace, overlooking vanishing edge swimming pool and sea, it all faces west, fantastic sunset view. There is a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom has a double bed, WC, shower and washbasin. On the 1st floor is a master bedroom, double bed with ensuite bathroom (jacuzzi) overlooking the sea. A bedroom with 2 single beds, ensuite bathroom that overlooks the sea.

Outside Area:It has a private swimming pool. Heated pool optional. The terrace has teak sunbeds surrounding the swimming pool. The terrace offers area suitable for mobile barbecue for those evenings when you want to enjoy the best sunset in Cyprus from your villa.
