Playa del Carmen,in Playacar Phase 1, Mexico! Villas Xaguar is a group of five Mediterranean-style villas surrounded by large trees and gardens. There is a pool and a waterfull Cenote with a deck in the middle of them. The villas are located ten minutes away walking from the town and 45 meters away from the beach, walk to everything!!! There are two, three, or four bedroom villas. Both with fully-equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, and terraces. The two has 125 sqm, three bdr has 190 sqm and the four bedroom has 215 sqm. We also have 6 studios available! With an ample terrace, a kitchenette, a table and a hammock; with king or 2 full sized beds. We are AVAILABLE ALSO FOR WEDDINGS and celebrations in our waterfall cenote pool deck. It accommodates up to 50 people.

There are two bdr villas with 125 sqm, 2 bathrooms, a living room, fully equpide kitchen, terraces, dining room, and tv. The bedrooms are one king and the other with 2 full sized beds. there is also the 3 bdr villa, the 4 bdr villa and the pent house wich can be either one bedroom or two. With have 6 studios wich have a kitchenet, a relaxing terrace with a hammock, and can be king or two full sized beds.

Outside Area:A pool with a beautiful Cenote deck is in the middle of the 5 villas, a place to have a relaxing time. We also count with free bikes (with a deposit), neraby activities such as golfing, tennis, Shopping, Sightseeing, Kayaking, Sailing, Boating, Waterskiing, Parasailing, Jet Skiing, Swimming, Snorkeling, Diving, Surfing, Windsurfing, Wildlife, Viewing, Fishing.
