The villa has an 8m private swimming pool and is officially registered with the Menorca Tourism Authority.Watch the setting sun from the BBQ terrace. The villa is ideally situated for those seeking a Mediterranean holiday in unspoilt surroundings, away from the crowds, yet it is within easy reach of the local amenities. It will be especially appreciated by birdwatchers. More than 90 species of birds have been seen from the villa, including 15 birds of prey.

SAlbufera is a select, low-density development set in beautiful countryside in part of the Parc Natural about 5 miles north of Mahon (Mao), the capital of Menorca. There are bars and a restaurant in the nearby picturesque fishing village of Es Grao. Es Grao bay, with its sandy beach and shallow water, is ideal for children. Sand dunes and pine woods, full of singing nightingales and migrant birds in spring and autumn, separate the beach from the Albufera. Rocks along the shore of the bay provide opportunities for snorkelling. Windsurfing is popular, as are the boat trips which can take you to yet more sandy beaches on the nearby Isle of Colom.
