Constructed in March 2004, this home is suitable for one or two families for a great vacation. The great restaurants, shopping malls and all amenities and entertainment facilities are all approximately a 3 minute drive away.

Upstairs is the living accommodation, which consists of a lounge, kitchen and dining area on open plan. Patio doors lead from the family room to the upstairs balcony. There are 4 bedrooms; Master ensuite has a King sized bed, this room also has a separate Nursery with cot and changing facilities. French doors from this bedroom lead onto the upstairs balcony. Second bedroom has Queen sized bed and third and fourth have two twins each and the second bathroom is located in the hall between the two twin bedded rooms.

Outside Area:Downstairs you will find a 3 car garage with room for a boat or Jet Ski, games room equipped with different games and of course, the pool & Patio.
