Casita Canaria with stunning sea views offers two bedrooms, one twin and one double, one bathroom, large lounge and fully equipped modern kitchen. Adjacent is a self contained studio with double sofa bed, shower room and small kitchen. This holiday home is perfect for a family with a grand parent or a family friend. Of course both units can be rented separately. All bedrooms have good sized wardrobes with drawers and hanging space and two units have a built-in safe.

This fine property nestles in the hills above Puerto del Carmen in the Canarian Village of La Asomada. You are only a 5 minutes drive away from the District Town of Tias, Lanzarote’s main resort of Puerto del Carmen and the renowned marina of Puerto Calero. The drive from the airport only takes 15 minutes and you are well positioned to explore this beautiful island. The National Park with its fire mountains and the most southern port of Playa Blanca can be reached within 25 minutes drive. If high class shopping is on your agenda, you should visit Puerto Calero, or enjoy a day out in the wine district of La Geria, where you can sample the delightful wines of Lanzarote, all within 5 minutes drive.

Rental notes: Casita rental prices are for two persons per week, for any additional person up to 4 people £ 65.00 is charged. If the Studio is rented in conjunction with the Casita only an extra £150,00 is charged. Studio rental only for 2 persons starts at £350,00 per week. For the Christmas, New Year and Easter week please add a further £ 125.00 on to the seasons price. The pool is private if the whole property is rented. In the cooler winter month the pool can be additionally electrically heated for a small charge of £75 per week.A condition of booking this villa is, that all members have taken out a travel insurance, we can not be held responsible for any loss, damage of personal property or injury.

The spacious and light lounge with its full size sliding glass doors which leads onto the upper terrace, has dining facilities for 6 persons, satellite TV, DVD, CD and stereo radio. You can also order an Internet connection 3.5 GB. at €35 per week.Comfortable soft furnishings and ample reading material and games will give you pleasure while relaxing and enjoying your holiday. The modern kitchen offers a full electricn fan oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge freezer and washing machine. Apart from the usual electric kettle, coffee maker, and toaster there are many more useful kitchen utensils provided.

Outside Area:Outside there are two terraces, the upper terrace has a shaded area with seating facilities and the lower terrace has the 8m.X 4m. solar heated salt water pool, so no chemicals are used in this pool.The pool is private if the whole property is rented. In the cooler winter month the pool can be additionally electrically heated for a small charge of €75 per week. Here too you will fine a barbecue , dining for six persons and six comfortable sun-lounges. The whole property is wall surrounded.
