Villa Olivia is an attractive three bedroom villa sleeping up to six people. The villa with its private swimming pool is set amongst pretty pinewoods in a tranquil location. The villa has recently undergone complete refurbishment and offers comfortable and modern facilities with air conditioning. Son Parc also has a choice of restaurants, small shops and two supermarkets making it the ideal holiday destination. There are also two hotels located on the complex.

Villa Olivia is situated in Son Parc on the north coast of the island, in an area of approximately three hundred hectares of landscapes and pine forests. It offers the perfect spot for a family holiday or for those demanding a golf course on the doorstep. The magnificent beach of Arenal de Son Saura lies just below the resort within 5 minutes drive of the villa, with sands stretching hundreds of metres into the bay and gently shelving making it ideal for children and wonderful for snorkelling enthusiasts with it’s crystal clear waters. There is an abundance of watersports available including windsurfing, water skiing, jet skis and pedaloes. Son Parc offers an 18 hole golf course with putting green and driving range. There are also tennis courts available and a comfortable club house bar with restaurant overlooking the course. The clubhouse terrace offers snacks, drinks and evening meals.

Rental notes: The villa will be available for occupation from 2 pm on each Friday and check out on day of departure is 10 am on Friday. We can arrange for the hire of cots and high chairs if required. The charge per week for a cot is £22 per week. The charge per week for a high chair is £15 per week. We can also arrange for food starter packs to be left in villa at the commencement of your holiday to include basics such as bread, butter, fruit juice, milk, etc. Cost Small pack £25.00 Large Pack £35.00

The open plan living room/dining room is spacious and flexible room with wooden beams to the ceiling and an open fireplace. There is a separate reading room adjacent to the living room which offers a comfortable area to read and relax with doors opening onto the rear terrace of the villa with far reaching views and overlooking the pool. There are two double doors opening onto the rear terrace of the villa which make these rooms both bright and airy. The modern kitchen is open plan to the dining room and is fully equipped with oven/hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. There is a separate laundry room equipped with washing machine and dryer, with rear access to the parking bay and laundry drying area. The villa provides three bedrooms with air conditioning/heating and fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has an en suite shower room and a private terrace. There is a separate family bathroom for the further two twin bedrooms.

Outside Area:Villa Olivia is surrounded by small gardens stocked with a variety of scrubs. The villa is surrounded by pine trees which give a high degree of seclusion and privacy.
