The holiday rental summer villas are located in a quite area of the Costa Brava surrounded by pines at one minute walk from the beaches of crystal clear waters ideal for scuba diving. La Popeta, La Proa, La Ona, L´Alba - each Villa has its garden and private swimming pool. There are interesting historical and cultural visits to be made, Barcelona City, Dali Museum, Iberian and romantic ruins all within 70 miles. Four golf courses are nearby.

The Villas are situated in Calella de Palafrugell an old fishing village of narrow streets and arched promenades. Today still retains its charm and is a rather exclusive retreat much favored by Barcelonians. The Calella coast is strung of coves with rocky outcrops and sandy beaches in between. Crystal clear waters, all year round, beaches and coves, create one of the beautiful areas of Catalonia on the Costa Brava. Restaurants are in abundance from simple tapas to exclusive places. There are several small supermarkets, one of them at only one minute walk from the house. An ideal place for sea sports. There are interesting historical and cultural visits to be made, Barcelona City, Dali Museum, Iberian and romantic ruins all within 70 miles. Four golf courses are nearby.

Rental notes: The above rental rate is for La proa villa with maximum of 6 people(adults or children) occupied. There would be a charge for each extra person of 150Euro per week. A security deposit of 500 Euro is required for each letting and is refunded when you live. Balance (including deposit) is payable 2 weeks before arrival or cash at the time of checking after 5 pm (17 hour). Linen bed and towels are available to hire 100 Euros

This modern house is located 1 minute walk to the beach on a quiet one way street, in exclusive residential development of El Golfet, surrounded by Mediterranean pines. On the ground level, a dining room, living room with TV, a large sliding glass connecting with the front terrace, garden and pool, fully equipped kitchen, toilet, back terrace and laundry room. On the first floor, there is a queen size bed suite with its own bathroom, 2 double bedrooms and a full bathroom. A play room is located in the second floor which can be used as additional bedroom.
