2 bedroom apartment consisting of 1 Double bedroom, 1 Twin bedroom and a double bed settee, fully equipped kitchen including appliances, Bathroom with Bath and shower,open plan living room/dining room leading on to small balcony overlooking patio and swimming pool. Also has TV with English Channels. It is airconditioned for the summer and has heating for the cooler months of the year. Access to large rooftop terrace used for sunbathing. Apartment is on 3rd floor, accessable by 2 passanger lifts and a stairwell. It is in a quiet area in the the centre of the town, 10 minutes walking distance from the sea, beautiful beaches and working fishing port. Around the apartment there are plenty of restaurants and bars, all within a 10 minute walk and a large market selling everything from shoes and clothes to fruit and vegetables is held every Friday and is well worth a visit for some extra special bargins and souvenirs. There is a fairground on the promonade during high season, along with a nightly Flea market. Around Torrevieja there are 2 Aqua parks and out of town disco's. Torrevieja is central to both Alicante and Murcia aiports. Price includes all laundry and cleaning of apartment upon departure.

Arpartment is in Torrevieja which is a fishing town. There are many beaches all within walking distance of the apartment. 2 local aqua parks which are great for children are in the area. Flea market held on the promonade nightly, with a seasonal fun fair. Local Market is held every friday in the streets surrounding the apartment great for bargins and souveners.

Rental notes: Prices between £190 - £260 pw Flexible on arrival and departure dates, we will try to accomodate. Days over or below weekly rental are on a daily basis. Rental includes cleaning on departure and all linen costs. Transport to and from airport may be able to be arranged payable locally.
