Denia holiday apartment in Costa Blanca - Valencia vacation apartment

We are ideally situated for the relaxing holiday we all deserve, located in secure, tranquil gardens just 80 yards from miles of sandy beach. The pool is just 15 yards from the terrace and in direct sight. Perfect for keeping an eye on the kids (or grown ups!) while you're getting the BBQ ready and letting the wine breathe. As we are at the beach end of the building, the sound of the waves on the sand is an added bonus to drift off, or wake up to. You will be close enough to Denia to enjoy all this elegant town has to offer, yet far enough to retreat back to after a hard day doing exactly that! As is typical of the area, the highest waterfront building stands at just 4 stories. On the beach you will not find high-rise hotels, towed banana boats, "18-30" pub crawls, or Timeshare reps. What you will find is miles of natural sandy beach, driftwood, shells, locals fishing at sunset on the shoreline, and both traditional and international restaurants and bars with their steps in the sand. This is where the Spanish come to holiday, in this small traditional town where the siesta is still respected and the atmosphere is typically local.

Denia is located midway between Alicante and Valencia airports. We can arrange transfers but recommend the use of a car to fully appreciate the attractions that Denia has to offer. Being a small fishing town, the theme is definitely nautical. There is also a bustling new marina with boat hire available, and ferries to Ibiza and Majorca. Restaurants are in abundance, as are the golf courses. For a relaxing break and further exploring, boat trips connect with Altea and Calpe. Las Marinas is a series of small villages, around 6 kilometers (6 or 7 minutes drive) from the town. The town is overseen by the Montgo mountain and national park, and the Castle affords superb views of the town and sea. The nearest supermarket is 250 meters from the apartment, and the nearest bar/restaurant is the same distance along the beach, with its steps in the sand. The theme parks and night life of Benidorm are a 30 minute drive away.

Rental notes: Balance to be paid 4 weeks before occupation. Full amount to be paid for short notice bookings. Our prices are for 2 guests and include all power, water, linen/laundry and final clean. For each extra guest add £15. Cots/high chairs/welcome packs and "Meet and Greet" can be supplied at a small charge, otherwise there are no hidden extras. Maps/directions will be supplied by owner.

The lounge/diner is open plan and equipped for 6 guests, and is fitted with TV/DVD/CD player with a selection of films and CDs. The kiitchen is fitted with large fridge/freezer, kettle, microwave, coffee maker, electric juicer, ceramic hob, teapot and corkscrew ! Patio doors lead onto the Terrace and directly into the grounds. Both bedrooms have heating, built in robes and ceiling fans. One has a Queen size bed, the other twin beds. The bathroom has a full suite and shower over bath, there is a guest cloakroom with toilet and sink. All rooms have opening windows.

Outside Area:Allocated parking is directly outside the apartment. The Terrace leads into landscaped gardens, and shade is supplied by mature palms. The childrens section of the pool is just 15 yards from, and in direct sight of, the Terrace. There is an electric BBQ, table, chairs and loungers, perfect for just lazing and listening to the waves on the beach. The grounds are enclosed and secluded, only residents have access.
