A Suite @ Kitsilano Cottage is a single, upscale, self-contained, garden level suite (825 sq.ft). There are 2 bdrms. 1 has a king size bed, the other a queen bed, with a double sized sofabed in the living room. The suite has its own private entry, patio and phone line, LCD (flatscreen) TV with DVD/VCR & digital cable, Hi-Speed Internet/WiFi, stereo, 1 bathroom with tub/shower, full cook’s kitchen, laundry facilities & bicycles, for guest use. Guests are provided weekly linen changes & cleaning service. Breakfast is not served. The suite is provisioned with, fresh fruit & baking, coffee & tea supplies for a complimentary, self catered, continental breakfast, for the 1st morning. While we recommend the many wonderful restaurants, within walking distance, there is he option of using the suite's cooking facilities. Many grocers, in easy walking distance, offer a good variety of meal ingredients. Note, A Suite @ Kitsilano Cottage does not accept pets & is a non-smoking facility Kitsilano - One of the most desirable urban residential neighborhoods, anywhere, is cosmopolitan & near the warming influence of the ocean, keeping the weather moderate, all year. Rental notes: Reservations may be made, using a valid, current credit card information by telephone, fax or secure email. We do verify credit cards and need them to have their expiry date after the proposed stay. However, we do not bill cards until our guests' arrival time. We operate on a 30 Day Cancellation Policy. Reservations not canceled 30 days prior to the proposed check in date, will be billed the full stay, total amount. If we are able to sell the time, or part of it, to another party, those proceeds can be refunded. The maximum amount is up to the cost of your own reservation, less a minimum, one night's stay equivalent, hold back to recover costs. All rates are quoted in Canadian dollars and subject to taxes Minimum Stays apply. During Low Season periods we operate on a 2 Night Minimum Stay basis. High Season periods, other than Christmas/New Years we operate on a 3 Night Minimum Stay. During Christmas/New Year's, in consideration of staff families we operate on a 5 Night Minimum Stay basis.
