The cleaning is done once a week with replacement of linen and towels.

Rental notes: In order to guarantee your reservation we kindly request a bank transfer of 50% total amount (costs supported by the client). After that we appreciate a bank transfer copy as proof, sent by e-mail or fax.. The remaining value will be pay in cash on the check-in. Also during the check-in the client gives us a caution cheque of €400.00 that will be return to the client on the check-out if any damages occur in the villa during the stay.
