IL Roseto (the Rose Garden) is a privately owned comfortable and spacious 19th century farmhouse. It has a good sized garden and terrace both of which have panoramic views of Mount Pisanino (the highest mountain in Tuscany) and the very colourful wooded forests of the valley below. IL Roseto is suitable for any guest who can manage a few steps/stairs and a slight slope, perfectly OK for kids and well away from any busy road. There is a narrow lane for vehicle access which is adjacent to the property. The village is a very tranquil and peaceful area.

Metra has two shops, a restaurant and a bar which are all just a 3 minute stroll down the lane, 5 minutes walk back after food and lubrication. It is a perfect place for those who enjoy peaceful walks and is surrounded by footpaths. The village shop and bar are open all day every day restaurant for lunch and evening meals (except Wednesday). A cheese makers 50 meters from the bar where all the products are made from local milk, each type has its own unique taste. There are other nice restaurants in nearby villages which offer similar quality and value.

Rental notes: The balance must be paid 8 weeks before the date on which the rental commences. Returnable breakage deposit (1 week 50 GBP, two weeks 100GBP) Deposit is payable with final balance.

Contemporary white and chrome bathroom with cast iron bath, up-and-over shower, twin sinks, bidet and WC. Large kitchen diner with a traditional marble window sink, solid dark oak table and chairs.

Outside Area:Large private garden with apricot, pear and plum trees (help yourself as they ripen). Cob nut bushes dotted around the garden perimeter. Sun terrace which faces south giving fabulous views towards the valley and mountains. Family size freestanding BBQ, A large inflatable paddling pool, Table, Chairs and Sun loungers. All in all a very tranquil and peaceful garden to enjoy.
