This lovely 3 bedroom, 2 and-a-half bath villa is used as a second home and is furnished accordingly. It is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in New Port Richey, Florida. The heated pool within the lanai overlooks a scenic lake and conservation area, facing south - perfect for getting the best out of the Florida sunshine. You can watch ospreys, cranes and ducks as you recline in the hot tub sipping a glass of wine, or soaking up the sun. The property is ideally situated close to shops and restaurants. Stunning beaches are a short 15-minute drive away.

The villa is ideally placed midway between the tourist oriented Clearwater Area and the Nature Reserves. Green Key beach is a short 10 minute drive and there are many other beautiful beaches nearby, including Honeymoon Island with miles of shore-line and the Osprey trail to explore. This is a scenic peaceful residential area with its own natural beaches and parks all within easy reach. There are many superb shopping malls and a large selection of good restaurants in the area. The nearest supermarket is just around the corner. With miles of white sandy beaches combining with the crystal blue sea, it makes a superb holiday destination, as well as an ideal base for enjoying all of Florida's major attractions.

Rental notes: 50.00 GBP per week for heated pool in December. Full payment and a security deposit of 250 GBP are required 8 weeks prior to arrival.

Master bedroom includes, 6ft 6" King-Size bed, dressing table, bed-side cabinets, and walk-in wardrobe. En-suite bathroom, with separate shower, double vanity unit. There is a large family room and dining area, with thick-pile carpet, cream leather recliner sofas and 6-seat Floridian dining table and chairs. A fully fitted kitchen, with dishes, cookware, utensils. Loft / snug with desk, computer, colour printer, fax, phone, unlimited high speed internet access, and Skype. Plus, books to read and a 2-seater settee to relax on. Bedroom Two has a 5ft Queen-size bed, dressing table, bed side cabinet and built-in wardrobe. Bedroom Three has 2 single beds, bed side cabinet and built-in wardrobe. A second bathroom on the first floor, serves bedroom two and three, it contains a shower/bath, toilet and vanity unit.

Outside Area:The villa has it's own secluded South-Facing and electrically heated pool, kidney shaped 35ft x 15ft and large 6-seat Hot-Tub/Jacuzzi. The pool deck has a shaded area with ceiling fan, and comfortable sun loungers, ideal for sun-bathing to ensure a full Florida tan. There is also a gas barbeque for those warm evening cook-outs.
