The house is located on the outskirts of Peyia Village in Zalakia area, approximately 1.5km from the great amenities of Peyia. The property has a wonderful size living area / social space with a feature walk in window bay window, overlooking the shaped patio, private kidney swimming pool with the beautiful back drop of the Mediterranean Sea! The sitting area has comfortable leather sofas, the dining area has a formal table with 6 chairs and the kitchen area is very well fitted with granite worktops and all one could need. From the lounge, an archway leads to the inner hallway with a guests WC and the 3 bedrooms (all internal doors are wider than the standard, to be wheelchair friendly). Each bedroom is a generous size, larger than the average with built in wardrobes, air conditioning and ceiling fans. All three bedrooms have their own private en-suite facilities, a huge asset to this property. The master bedroom has 2 electrically adjustable beds, patio doors to the front with lovely views and a large en-suite shower room, a spacious ‘wet room’ with grab rails and a drop down rail. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are both twin rooms (with 2 single beds in each) they have patio doors to the outside, where one has an en-suite bathroom (with shower over the bath) and the other has an en-suite shower room.

Outside Area:The villa has landscaped gardens including fruit trees and palms around the pool area. The private driveway allows parking for your hire car. There are gentle slopes and wide paths providing good access all around the property, to both the entrance and the pool area for wheelchair users.
