There is a large swimming pool with sun loungers & shaded areas. We have satellite TV in the bedrooms & main lounge, there are other services we offer i.e airport transport, evening meals and packed lunches.

The villa is a great base for many activities. Being only 20 minutes drive away from Valencia, you can enjoy the city attractions & beaches whilst staying in a peaceful, rural location. There are lots of historical & cultural attractions such as the city of arts & sciences museum, art galleries including works of Goya, Velazquez & El Greco. Make time to explore the ancient cathedrals, plazas & monuments as well as the old fort & modern marina. Then chill out at the fantastic sandy beaches of Malvarrosa, Cabenyal-arenas & El Saler. It is the ideal location for motor racing events & the Valencia grand prix, it is very close to the Ricardo Tormo circuit at Cheste which is used for formula 1 pre-season testing, superbike & Moto GP & touring car racing. It is also a perfect central base for golfers as there are 8 golf courses within 1 hour of the villa location.

The villa has 4 bedrooms, 2 en-suite. 2 of the bedrooms have patio doors leading to private seating areas, in the rooms are tea & coffee making facilities, also satellite TV. There is a large lounge/dining area, with balcony terrace. The property is unsuitable for wheelchair users.

Outside Area:Outside is a large swimming pool, with sun loungers & hammock. There are many areas for relaxation in the sun or shade. In the paella house there is an exercise bike, dart board & games table.
