Canaveral National Seashore is one of the longest stretches of pristine coastline in the United States. The park provides visitors with hiking trails, a restored turn-of-the-century home and a visitors information center. Home and refuge to endangered and protected species of Florida wildlife. New Smyrna Beach offers dining, surf shops, concerts, boutiques, and art galleries along Flagler Ave. ideal for outdoor recreation. Every Saturday visit the Fresh Produces Market on Canal Street and enjoy the variety of foods, art and music from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m..

Rental notes: Rental rates are subject to change until confirmed. Rental rates and $85 cleaning service fees are subject to 12.5%, Florida resort/sales tax. There is a $25 booking fee. Payment to be made by Visa/Master credit cards, personal check, travelers check or money order. A $300 security deposit is required to make a reservation, is not applied to the rental balance and has to be made within 7 days of making the reservation. The security/damage deposit is sent to you 15 days after your departure with a satisfactory checkout. We accept VISA and MASTERCARD. There is a $25 booking fee, 12.5% sale/resort taxes and $85 cleaning services. Ask for active duty military personal, law enforcement and firefighters discount. NO PETS OR SMOKING PLEASE!

Our non-smoking Oceanfront condo is located over looking the Atlantic Ocean in The Moontide Condominium building. The condo has two bedrooms, two bathrooms with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest room, and a queen-size pull-out sleeper sofa. With entrance to a large balcony from the living room and master bedroom, you will enjoy an awesome beach front ocean view! It's fully equipped, with a new kitchen, granite counter tops, towels, linens and even toys for the kids.

Outside Area:The Moontide Condomium Building has two buildings, the A (a direct oceanfront) and the B. The pool is located on top of the 5th floor of the A building. There is a rest area between at the B building across from the heated pool. On the first floor we have the Tennis and Shuffle Court, a secure parking garage in front of the building and video cameras at different areas of the building for customers peace of mind.
