Situated almost in the centre of the 100 miles of sandy beaches and beautiful rocky coves of the beautiful Algarve coastline (one of the most Southerly areas of Europe), this Villa can be reached by car from Faro Airport along the fast coastal road in about 40 minutes. An established family run villa offering sea-views, four bedrooms with en-suite facilities and its own swimming pool, available for holiday rental. The villa stands in private grounds and includes a barbecue area with cobbled terrace, a large balcony on the South side of the villa, and a large tiled area around the pool. Located near Armacao de Pera, there are beaches and restaurants within 2 to 3 kilometres, a choice of four golf courses less than 15 kilometres away, and several well stocked supermarkets nearby. Horse riding, fishing, cycling and water sports are just some of the other activities all available locally.

Views:The villa has views of the sea to the South and the Monchique mountains to the North.

Just 3 kilometres along the coast road from the villa you will find the sea side town of Armacao de Pera. The beach here is smooth, clean sand, and it stretches for miles. The town is able to cater for all your needs, with its many supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants. The food on offer ranges from a simple sardine lunch at a beach cafe, to Chinese, Indian, Italian or top quality traditional Portuguese meals served in the many restaurants. If you like to explore, you can go West along the coast to Portimao, Lagos, Sagres and Cape St. Vincent, which is as far west as you can go without falling into the Atlantic Ocean. Or head back East towards Albufuiera, Loule, Faro and the Spanish border. Heading inland you will find towns like Silves with its Cathedral and its Moorish Castle, or further up into the hills you will find the tiny village of Monchique.

Rental notes: A deposit of 25% must be made at the time of booking, and the balance paid at leaset 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. Bookings run from Thursday to Thursday, but not all local airports fly to Faro on Thursdays. For this reason, we are flexible on dates, and will take bookings for a long weekend (minimum of 4 nights), 10 day breaks or whatever suits you. For periods of less than one week a daily rate will be charged. A daily rate is available, please contact us for details and availability. The villa will be available for occupation from 3:00pm local time on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00am on the day of departure.
