Our light, airy and immaculate home is fully furnished with everything you could need, from cable TVs, Playstation 2, DVD, video, radio, games room with air hockey and foosball to microwave, from washer/dryer to linen and towels. The cable package has 100 channels including BBC America, Fox and ESPN Sport for European soccer. An I pod docking station is provided. There is high speed wireless internet connection for your laptop and the house has a burglar alarm to protect your belongings. There are free phone calls to the USA and Canada.

The Silver Creek community is relatively new is rapidly building its reputation as the place to stay. It is conveniently situated off Highway 27. It has been developedin a centre of natural woodland ponds and small lakes. A peaceful and beautiful setting. The community has numerous walkways for cycling or walking and paths around the local wooded areas. No excuse for not taking any exercise! Abundant wildlife can be seen around the many lakes and ponds surrounding the community, including Herons and rather tame Cranes which can often be seen walking around the community. Fishing is available in many of the lakes and you can catch plenty of fish such as Bass and Catfish if you are a good enough fisherman. Everyone can enjoy the tranquil setting. For families with smaller children there is a playground and landscaped seated area about 400 yards from Halcyon. Children can play to their hearts’ content while you can sit and relax in relative peace!. Silver Creek is a great place to spend your Orlando Vacation as it is just minutes from Disney and close to all the main theme parks and major shopping malls. Why go anywhere else? Rental notes: A security deposit of US$250 is due along with the final balance 8 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit is fully refundable pending an inspection from our management company. Pool heating is optional but highly recommended October to April inclusive. Charged at the rate of US$210/week. Minimum bookings at Easter, Christmas and New Year is 2 weeks. Stays of less than 4 nights will be charged an additional cleaning charge.

There are eight beds in five bedrooms, a dining room and a family room continuous with the kitchen breakfast room. All the rooms are generous. The lounge has luxurious sofas and arm chairs and its own 32" TV, DVD, video, radio, and CD player. There is also a selection of DVDs, CDs, books and games suitable for all ages available. There is a games room in the garage with foosball and air hockey tables. All the TVs in the house (6 in all) have cable including Fox and ESPN sport and are equipped with AV sockets at the front for easy connection to video games, etc. There ia a PS2 available. An I pod docking station is available for those wanting to listen to their own music. The large very well equipped kitchen area with its own table and chairs opens on to the family room. The formal dining area has a large glass topped table that will easily seat 6 if you chose to eat inside instead of out doors at the patio table. Downstairs, the en-suite master bedroom has a king bed and its bathroom has a shower and bath. The second bedroom has twin beds with its own bathroom with a shower suitable for someone with mobility problems (fitted handrails and an integral seat). Upstairs there is a second en-suite master bedroom with a queen bed, and bedrooms 4 and 5 both have twin beds and share a bathroom. All the bedrooms have their own cable TVs. The Mickey Mouse room has the Playstation 2 set up with a selection of games, although the Playstation can be used in any of the rooms. All the bathrooms have showers. There is a cot, high chair and stroller available. There is high speed wireless internet available and free phone calls to the USA and Canada.

Outside Area:Outside is a generous south facing pool deck surrounding a large, private 30ft x 15 ft swimming pool and spa to relax in after a day at the parks. Part of the deck is roofed over to provide shade if you should need it. In the evening, enjoy a drink by the pool, watching the sun go down and the evening wildlife come out from the nearby lake. Or head off to one of the many great restaurants located nearby,..... or go back to Disney for the evening firework display! The pool area, as well as having the large pool also has a spa to ease those aching feet after those tiring days in the parks. Pool heating is available on request. The south facing aspect ensures you can enjoy the afternoon sun and top up that tan. The pool is not overlooked from the rear and also has Florida Glass (opaque xcreening) for extra privacy.The patio table seats 6 with sun-loungers available for those wishing to continue sunbathing. Families with young children need not worry about pool safety -there is a secure pool fence to prevent accidents.
