Off season rates from $59 to $139 per night, Late April to Mid June and post Labor Day to End Octrober; Summer rates $94 to $255 per night, Late June to Labor Day. Rates given as Property Rates are One Room rates.

One room cottages have two full size beds or one queen bed, bath with shower, and small efficiency cooking area. One Bedroom Cottages have 2 full or 2 queen beds in bedroom, bath with shower, sleeper futon in living room and cooking facilities. Two bedroom Cottages have one queen bed in master bedroom, 2 full beds in 2nd bedroom, sleeper futon in living room, 2 baths, one with tub/shower, and full kitchen. all have TV in each room and heat and A/C.

Outside Area:Pool, Hot Tub, childrens play area, gardens, fireplace, gas grills, lobster cooker, picnic tables, basket ball court, ping pong. Guest Cafe for Coffee and tea, morning muffins; soda and snack machine. Guest Coin operated washer and dryer.
