They are equiped with kitchenette with rings, oven, fridge, tv, safety deposit box, shower, wc, private balcony or veranda with table and chairs. Air-condition is also available. Bed linen and towels are provided. The studios can accomodate up to 3 guests, and the apartments up to 5 guests.

Kokkini Hani is located 12 km east of Heraklion. The area of Kokkini Hani first became known in the early 1900s when several buildings were constructed, including a Hani, which was sort of a wayside inn for people. Farmers, on the way to the Heraklion market with their olives, grapes and other produce, would stop off to rest or spend the night, and have a meal. But it wasn't until as late as the early 60s, when full electricity and telephone services reached this part of Crete, and several hotels were built, that Kokkini Hani started to attract visitors and become known as a holiday resort. Since those early hotels, Kokkini Hani has developed rapidly primarily because of its wonderful beaches, restaurants and tavernas, many of which feature seaside dining, with enough different menus to satisfy all tastes – including local traditional cuisine, freshly-caught seafood, English fare, Italian specialties, authentic Italian pizza and Chin close proximity to Heraklion and its international airport – only 10 minutes away. There are many bars and cafes, a few that remain open quite late and play the latest tunes. A water park with many different slides is 3 Klms away,ideal days out with children. CreteAquarium, one of the biggest building complexes in the Mediterranean, is 2 Klms away for those who adore marine world and want to explore more than 2500 individuals of fish and invertebrates. Car/bike or bicycle rental companies are also close by.

Rental notes: Prices are per apartment for 2 persons,extra charge for more persons is 5 euro per person. To secure the reservation a 30% of the amount should be deposited in to our bank account and the balance 1 month before the arrival. Extra charge for the use of the aircondition is 6 euro per day.

The apartment is fully equipped with kitchenette and bathroom,furnished in a modern style. Guests may have use of the common garden, and at the same time be more private, using their veranda. Supermarkets are open until very late at night, for shopping.The kitchen is equipped with whatever you might need in oder to prepare meals and breakfast. "
