1Villa owns and operates this Website. Please review these Terms carefully before using this Website. Your use of this Website indicates your agreement to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms you must immediately stop using the Website.

1Villa reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without notice. The latest Terms will be posted on the Site, and you should review these Terms prior to using the Site.

1Villa grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access, use and display the Site and the materials thereon for your personal use only, provided that you comply completely with these Terms.

1Villa is a site designed to allow the Owners or agents of private properties to advertise their holiday rental homes online to Visitors. Visitors must not use this site for any reason other than to view or make legitimate inquiries to Owners regarding an interest in particular holiday rental properties.

For the purposes of Terms, "objects" means materials including, without limitation, text, video, and graphics, published on 1Villa, whether copyright of 1Villa or a third party.

You may download and print extracts from the objects and make copies of these for your own personal and non-commercial use only. You are not allowed to download or print the objects, or extracts, in a methodical or regular manner or otherwise so as to produce a database in electronic or paper form comprising all or part of the objects appearing on 1Villa. You do not acquire ownership rights to any content, document or other objects viewed through the Site. If you infringe any of these Terms, your permission to use the objects on 1Villa automatically ceases and you must destroy any copies you have made immediately.

You must not replicate any part of 1Villa or the objects or transmit it to or store it in any other website or disseminate any part of the material in any other form, unless we have indicated in writing that you may do so. Please email info@1villa.net if you wish to apply for permission to do so.

8.4) Transmit or upload any virus or any program or component designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware or telecommunications equipment.
8.5) Transmit or upload any material that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harmful, harassing, defamatory, tortuous, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable, obscene, sexually explicit or indecent.
8.6) Gain unauthorized access to other accounts on the Site, other computer systems or networks.
8.7) Store, collect or disclose any company names, addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, listings, reports, fees, pricing or any other information except as strictly necessary to use the Site.
8.8) Impersonate or otherwise misrepresent any person or entity, or make false or misleading indications of origin or fact.

You, and not 1Villa, shall be responsible for ensuring that your use of the Site and the associated objects does not constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable law, regulation or ordinance, including, but not limited to any English law regarding the transmission of technical data. You agree to obey the requirements, procedures and policies of computer systems connected to this Site. 1Villa shall have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor or review your conduct on this Site.

All objects, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from which such objects originated. This means that you, and not 1Villa, are entirely responsible for all objects that you upload post or otherwise transmit. 1Villa does not control the objects posted and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such objects. You understand that by using 1Villa, you may be exposed to objects that are offensive, indecent or objectionable.

1Villa reserves the right to remove or refuse any advert or listing, to edit or reclassify any advert or listing, or to withdraw the use of our service from any individual or business with or without notice.

Registration data and other personally identifiable information that we may collect is subject to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible to maintain the confidentiality of your password and shall be responsible for all uses via your registration and/or login, whether authorized or unauthorized by you. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or your registration, user account or password.

Goods and services of third parties may be advertised and/or made available on or through 1Villa web site. Representations made regarding products and services provided by third parties are governed by the policies and representations made by these third parties. We shall not be liable for or responsible in any manner for any of your dealings or interaction with third parties.

If 1Villa receives substantiated complaints from any number of site users about a specific advert misrepresenting the property, or its surroundings, then we reserve the right to remove the advert without notice, and retain payment. 1Villa reserves the right to refuse or remove any advert from its web site that it considers unsuitable or incomplete. Any advertiser can have their advert removed from the web site before the end of their subscription, we will do this as soon as we receive proper notice from the subscriber by email or using the 'contact us' page, quoting their User ID and password. No refunds will be given.

1Villa charges fees for some of its services, such as listing a property. When you list a property or use a service that has a fee, you have a chance to review and accept the fees that you will be charged based on our pricing system which we may change from time to time. We may choose to temporarily change the fees for our services for a promotional event or new services, and such changes are effective instantly.

Unless otherwise stated, all fees are payable in Euros. You are accountable for paying all fees and applicable taxes associated with using the Site in a timely manner with a suitable payment method. If your payment method fails or your account is overdue, we may collect fees owed using other collection mechanisms. You agree that we may issue you with invoices in electronic format by e-mail.

We may make improvements or changes to the information, services, products and other materials on this Website at any time without notice.

1Villa endeavors to make the site available on a continuous basis; however we cannot warrant the site will be available 24 hours a day.

16.1) The Website is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any representation or endorsement made and without warranty of any kind whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of acceptable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and exactness.

16.2) To the scope permitted by law, 1Villa will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatever (including without limitation loss of business, opportunity, data, profits) arising out of or in connection with the use of the Website.

16.3) 1Villa makes no warranty that the functionality of the Website will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected or that the Website or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or anything else which may be harmful or destructive.

16.4) Nothing in these Terms shall be construed so as to exclude or limit the liability of 1Villa for death or personal injury as a result of the negligence of 1Villa or that of its employees or agents.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless, our subsidiaries, affiliates, related parties, officers, directors, employees, agents, independent contractors, advertisers, partners, and co-branders from any claim or demand, including reasonable lawyer’s fees, that may be made by any third party, that is due to or arising out of your conduct or connection with this web site or service, your provision of content, your violation of these Terms or any other violation of the rights of another person or party.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in England.
