Sunshine Villa is located in the Indian Creek development in Kissimmee. Indian creek is only five minutes from Walt Disney World and is a beautiful community to enjoy all that Central Florida has to offer. Indian Creek offers two play areas for children with one that is just a two minute walk from Sunshine Villa. It also has two tennis courts, a basketball court and a small putting green. Almost all the homes in this very well maintained development have private swimming pools and it is a very pleasent area to walk about. Indian Creek is just 1 1/2 miles from Rt. 192, a major shopping, restaurant and entertainment area. The closest shopping center is the Formosa Gardens Village, which features a large supermarket and a selection of shops and restaurants.

The entertainment center features a 47” full HD flat screen TV with more than 250 channels of entertainment, a home theater sound system and DVD/CD player with iPod hookup. Two full size sofas (one a Queen Sleeper) and the very comfortable arm chair make the Great Room the prefect place to relax. After a long day swimming or at one of the many theme parks you’ll really enjoy a good night’s sleep on this King size bed. Like all our beds, this one features a luxurious pillow-top mattress. The bedroom also features a 22" flat screen TV and a DVD player. This "palm" decorated Second Master Bedroom also has a King size bed, 22” flat screen TV and a DVD player and its own private door to the pool area. Just like the larger bedrooms these twin bedrooms feature pillow-top mattresses. The twin bedrooms are designed to be pleasing to both children and adults. Each twin room also has a 22’ flat screen TV and a DVD player. Both Queen bedrooms have 22” flat screen TV’s with DVD players. The high thread count linens and the assortment of pillows will assure you an excellent night’s sleep. This bright and happy room is the perfect spot to relax after a busy Florida day. Our gourmet kitchen is all new with stainless steel appliances including a side-by side refrigerator/freezer with ice and iced water dispenser and a gas stove. This kitchen has everything you’ll need for preparing anything from a fast breakfast to a gourmet dinner for those “stay-at-home” evenings. The beautifully decorated dining area features a large table with seating for eight adults. Sunshine Villa has all the dishes, cutlery, placemats and glasses you’ll need for your entire party.

Outside Area:One of the great assets that Florida can so proudly boast about is all the beautiful sunshine and Sunshine Villa lets you enjoy every minute. Our beautiful large pool was made for pure enjoyment. We even provide plenty of beach towels and some pool toys.
