We are the Hart family from Wakefield, England and we would love to welcome you to our villa. We first visited Florida in 1988 and fell in love with it, not just the attractions but everything else; the sunshine, the scenery, the beaches, the food, the people; we just wanted to go back time and again. We were lucky enough to buy our villa in 2000 and because we bought it off plan we were able to choose our plot so we chose one which overlooks a conservation area at the back for privacy, it is west facing for maximum enjoyment of the afternoon and spectacular sunset after a day enjoying the attractions of the area. The villa can accommodate 9 people and we had our deck area extended. We chose a plot which is not adjacent to the highway so it is very quiet & peaceful, in a gated community which is now well established – there is no construction work. We chose The Manors at Westridge as an ideal location for all the attractions of the Orlando area and within easy reach of the Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic coast. We spend our family vacations with our 3 daughters and friends and family in our villa and are constantly making upgrades and additions with our guests in mind. We want you to enjoy it as much as we do and to make it a real home from home.

The villa is set in an idyllic area, within a private, gated development. The Manors is located in the well established community at Westridge, on the Highway 27. just south of the State Route 192. It is ideally situated within easy reach of attractions in the world's entertainment capital, just a few minutes drive from Disney World and many other major theme parks. The villa is conveniently located for shopping centres, supermarkets, golf courses and restaurants. Having your own villa gives you the freedom to do as much, or as little, as you please, enjoying all the comforts of home, with all the excitement of Orlando ! Berry Town Centre is a mile away with a Publix supermarket, Applebee's family restaurant. gas station, nail and beauty salon and British Pub. A little further north on the US27 you will find Walmart at Cagans Crossing and a Chili's restaurant. The Davis Leadbeater golf Academy is a 10 minute drive, plus there are many other golf courses nearby. The beautiful gulf coast beaches can be reached in under 2 hours whilst the Atlantic coast, Cocoa Beach and Kennedy space Centre can be reached in about an hour. For an alternative to the theme parks visit De Leons springs, Kelly Park, or try a cycle ride on the old railway line from Killarney Park. A little further afield is the historic city of St Augustine or travel south to the Florida Keys.

Rental notes: The balance is due 8 weeks prior to travel. A security deposit of 150 GBP is payable with the balance which is refundable after departure.

The family room has patio doors overlooking the pool. It has flat screen HD cable TV, video and a selection of movies, CD player, board games and books for all the family to enjoy. It has a vaulted ceiling with ceiling fan making it spacious and airy. All the living areas and bathrooms have tiled floors keeping the villa clean and cool. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything from an electric can opener to an American fridge/freezer with icemaker, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, telephone with free international and local calls Laundry facilities are located in the garage which is accessed via the great room. Guests have free use of the telephone including international calls and free wireless internet. The kitchen incorporates a breakfast nook with table and chairs for four and four barstools. The open plan great room is a large, bright spacious room with a vaulted ceiling. It has cable TV, there is ample seating and also an open plan formal dining area which seats 6. The master bedroom has patio doors overlooking the pool, ceiling fan and cable TV & telephone. It has an en-suite bathroom with a large corner bath, double vanity units, shower and separate WC. It has a large walk in closet with ample storage space. There is a cot and highchair for your use at no extra charge. The second master has cable TV, built in closet and a bathroom with bath, shower, vanity unit and WC making this villa ideal for 2 families or for grandparents! There are 2 further twin bedrooms with built in closets, these share the house/pool bathroom which has bath, shower, vanity unit and WC and has direct access to the deck. Each bathroom has its own hairdryer and ample towels

Outside Area:The villa has it's own private, heated, floodlit pool, the deck has been extended to accommodate a table and chairs for al fresco dining and extra sun loungers, side tables and ottomans. We have added pool furniture so there is plenty of outdoor seating. What could be nicer than sitting on the deck, enjoying a meal and a glass of something chilled as the sun sets. The nearest houses facing the back are at least 250 m away beyond the conservation area. Lie back and watch the birds soaring in the clear blue sky overhead. The pool is west facing for maximum enjoyment of the florida sunshine, both winter and summertime. There is a community clubhouse with gym facilities and an outdoor communal pool.
