THE VILLA
Can Alegria is a wonderful stylish, spacious and very well appointed detached villa.
Surrounded by an attractive Mediterranean with patio, pond and a lovely new floodlit 8x4 swimming pool, this tastefully furnished villa, which consist of a main-house (sleeps 4) and adjoining tower (sleeps 2-3) is ideally suited to a big family seeking their own space and a little independence.
The villa is also ideally suited to small groups of cyclists, golfers, bird-watchers, kite-surfers.
Max. occupation of the villa is 7 persons incl. children.
2 of the 3 bedrooms are on the ground-floor. Both bathrooms are on the ground-floor.
Bedroom Nr. 3 is situated in the first floor of the tower (reachable by secure outdoor staircase, not suitable for small children but very popular with teenagers who like to separate a bit from the rest), there is no bathroom upstairs.
If you see special offers it is for the main-house (2 bedrooms, 2-4 persons) and the tower will not be available. It will be locked.
