Enough china, cutlery and glassware for 12 people. B. LAUNDRY ROOM with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities. C. DOWNSTAIRS TOILET Flush WC with small hand basin. D. DINING AREA Large dining table with room for 10/12 and a small decorative metal table and chairs for 4 E. LIVING AREA with two large sofas, coffee table, TV as DVD player CD player and cables for iPod. Free high speed wireless connection. Wood Burning stove (wood included). This room has a large picture window and two sets of French doors leading on to a semi private patio area with direct access to tennis court, swimming pool and rear garden area. 3. Second Floor: A. BEDRROM 1: King size bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers B. BEDROOM 2: Twin beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers C. BATHROOM with flush WC, basin, bath with fixed shower and glass screen. * This combination of rooms is mirrored at the other end of the house with BEDROOMS 3 and 4.
