Lying to the east of Bordeaux, between the Garonne and Dordogne rivers, the Entre-deux-Mers is a paradise of gently rolling hills dotted with picturesque medieval villages, just waiting to be discovered. Domaine Jean-Got is situated in Lugaignac, a mere 10 km from historic Saint Emilion and its world-famous vineyards. Built in the 17th century, originally a watermill, Domaine Jean-Got was later a farm and vineyard. Today, the house and outbuildings stand on a three-hectare plot of land, a hundred metres from the nearby lane, in a peaceful rural community. On either side of the driveway you are free to enjoy 1 ½ hectares of pasture, with both a small natural stream and a brand-new 10mX5m swimming pool.

The Mill was first renovated in 1996 and completely refurbished in 2009. Here too we are looking to create a tranquil atmosphere in a comfortable "modern cottage" style. The ground floor houses a spacious sitting-room cum dining-room with a fitted kitchen corner. The two larger bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom, are on the first floor; there is another single room on the ground floor, with a second shower-room and WC also next to the main room. A further attraction is the spacious (40 m2) walled courtyard with covered patio, ideal for alfresco eating, sunbathing or just sitting and letting the world go by...
Outside Area:On either side of the driveway you are free to enjoy 1 ½ hectares of pasture, with both a small natural stream and a brand-new 10mX5m swimming pool.
