The house is a three story, totally renovated and elegantly furnished townhouse nestled on a quiet street in one of Guadalajara's nicest areas. When you first enter bed and breakfast you are greeted by a private terrace which opens onto the main floor of the house. This floor consists of the formal living and dining rooms, as well as an ultra modern kitchen. There is also a TV room with many English-speaking channels, including HBO and International News, so you can keep up with what is happening back home. As you proceed up the stairs you will find the three guest rooms all situated on the second floor. Along with the rooms you will find a media room where you are able to surf the Internet on our provided computer. The floor open onto an interior terrace where you can relax and enjoy the quiet solitude of the house. We are an Elegant Guadalajara Bed & Breakfast located in the Colonia Americana (Zona Rosa) area of Guadalajara. We are just a few blocks from the US Consulate and minutes to the historical center of downtown Guadalajara. We are within walking distance of many fine restaurants, bars and clubs that define the nightlife of Mexico's 2nd largest city. The easy direction for your taxi driver is to take Ave. La Paz on the left side (you are going West) pass Federalismo, pass Diaz de Leon, and on Bruselas take a left, continue for two more blocks, take a left and you are now on Gonzalez Luna, till the end of the street, them you are forced to turn left, now you are in Juan de Ojeda facing Ave. La Paz, continue, and on the right side and middle of the block is no 75. We offer three rooms for our guests to choose. You will find each of these rooms elegantly designed and decorated in a style that you will find very comfortable for your stay in our Guadalajara Bed & Breakfast. The main suite has a king size bed, full bathroom and living room on the side. It is filled with lots of antique furniture and has a granite fireplace, sorry decoration only. The second guest room has a queen sized-bed, a sitting area and private in-room bath. The third guest room has a full-sized bed with a private bath located outside the room. Natural lights abounds throughout the house illuminating a fine collection of antiques, paintings, chandeliers and objects d'art . Each guestroom is decorated in a different style. On the second floor there is a sitting area where our guests can relax and listen to music. There is also an office area with a computer station in case you have to finish up some last minute work. There is wireless internet in all guest rooms and throughout the house. We are also please to offer our guests free long distance phone calls to anywhere in the US and Canada. Additional services include laundry service and daily maid service. We are pleased to offer an American-style breakfast in the formal dining between 9am and 10am. A free cocktail awaits you at 7:00 pm.
