Montecarlo chateau in Lucca - Tuscan farmhouse in olive trees and vineyards

Tenuta Albereta is an ideal place to spend a week holiday in peace and quiet. It is a typical tuscan farmhouse set in the countryside near Montecarlo town, it is close to some famous cities as Lucca, Pisa, Siena and Firenze. The house is inside a pinery , in the middle of an estate of olive trees and vineyards with garden, patio,swimming-pool and a separate annexe.

If you love Tuscany and good food you can leave from here to discover the famous wine roads of this area: The road of wine of lucchesi hills and Montecarlo. In the same place the famous olive oil is produced with its typical green color and intense flavour. The mild climate, the southern exposition and the high hills which protect the area from the northern winds, are guarantee of the best quality of oil and wine products. It’s worth the trouble to visit the nearest town of Montecarlo, whose origins date back to 14th century when the near city dwellers sheltered in the "Rocca di Cerruglio" where later prince Carlo di Bohemia (Charles 5th) built the city. In few minutes drive you set to Collodi, a small town with the ancient Villa Garzoni, the famous hometown of the writer Carlo Collodi, author of "Pinocchio".

Rental notes: There is a reduction in price for the other months. Contact us if you’d like to know the exact amount. When booking, we ask for 30% of total amount due, to be paid with bank transfer. The balance will be paid two weeks before arrival by bank transfer. On arrival we ask to pay a deposit of 400 euros to cover possible damage, to be returned at the end of the holiday after inspection. Dépendance: 300 euros. The dépendance must be rented for groups of 13-14 people, but it is advisable even in case of smaller numbers: you’ll have more space and an extra bathroom.

On the ground floor of the house you will find a fully fitted and a dining room with fireplace. Large comfortable family room with tv and a double bedroom with shower and wc-room. . On the first floor there are four bedrooms with double bed and two large bathrooms. Each bedroom has a name, a different style and character: - Dalia, with rose coloured flowers, a big double-bed and windows that face the garden. - Peonia, with light blue coloured flowers, a double bed and windows that face the pool. - Diana, with coloured green flowers, a double bed and windows that face the garden. - Tea, the largest one, with coloured red flowers, has two single beds and a sofa bed. The windows face the woods and the garden. This bedroom opens to a balcony with trees all around and stairs that go to the garden.

Outside Area:Outside there is a patio where you can have your meals with a large fireplace for your barbecues. The wood table under the terrace may be extended becoming for 18 people. On one side of the house, facing south, there is the pool, from which you have a beautiful sight on the typical Tuscany countryside.Opposite the house, on the other side of the garden, there is the dependance, a fine-roomed flat with a double bed and a single bed and a bathroom.
