Our villa is located in a quiet area of the Balcón al Mar Urbanisation, just 8 minutes drive to the Arenal beach and 5 minutes from the cove Granadella. Behind the beach are many cafes, restaurants, shops and boutiques.
The beautiful town Javea overlooks the Mediterranean Sea and is a maze of cobbled streets, squares, and narrow lanes offering a great opportunity to explore and relax in one of the many cafes. Yet, modern life is just on the doorstep with the town boasting an active fishing fleet, marina and yacht club along with watersport schools, go-karting and much, much more.
The stunning cove at Cala Granadella and the small secluded Ambola beach, which is recognised by the naturist community for its privacy, but mainly used as a fabulous sun trap for a beautiful all over body tan, is a ten-minute drive away.
The Arenal, with its blue-flagged sandy beach, bars and restaurants, the Port, with its fish market and promenade, and the old town, with its quaint backstreet shops and historic buildings is less than a ten-minute drive away.
