Located on a small-scale park on the outskirts of Workum, Waterpark Ï t Soal", you will find our luxurious holiday home, suiteble for 6 persons, on large pieces of land(750sqm) with direct access to boating-, fishing- and swimming water. You can use your own jetty with ladder. You can relax in our 1 person infra red Sauna, with CD music, color and aroma Therapie. You can discover Friesland from the water in both our Maril launch, 5.70m and our Wilhelmina cabin saloon launch. 7.30m. Can you imagine anything greater than making lovely trips, and discovering the old villages and historical towns of Friesland? Do you like the beach? In our holiday home you are on the first rank. The IJsselmeer-beaches are only 300 metres away. They are great for walking, (kite)surfing, flying kites, swimming, or simply enjoying the sun(set). The holiday home has two parking spaces. The children will find a lovely new playground close-by. 50 metres from your home, you will find an excellent restaurant, which opens daily in the summer. In 250 metres, you will find a supermarket, where you can get fresh, warm rolls and the news paper every morning. The home has two terraces, where you can enjoy the lovely view and soak up the sun. Because the Waterpark is peaceful, you will see many water- and meadow birds. Naturally, there is ample garden furniture available for you to relax in. Pets are welcome. Wireless internet is available in your holiday home.

The Waterpark "It Soal" is located between the IJsselmeer beaches and the city of Workum, one of the Frisian 11 cities. You can’t miss the Jopie Huisman museum when visiting Workum. The historical centre is alive with many terraces and lovely shops in the summer. Friesland has a lot of water. Many towns can be reached by water. Discover Friesland from the water in one of our boats! The province of Friesland also offers many nice routes for both bicycles and cars, for instance the Ald Faers Erf route. For more information please check: Ald Faers Erf Route. Enjoying the sun on the beach of Workum, flying kites and (kite)surfing are also possible. Besides watersports, the Frisian land offers many other activities: golfing, biking, horseback riding, visiting museums or nature walks. Rental notes: If you rent our holiday house, we sent you a renting agreement. Prices are variable between € 400 till € 990 a week. You only pay 70 Euro for cleaning and bedclothes. No futher costs. No surety. When you come, the house is clean and the beds are made ready to sleep. Possibility to rent towels. 1 towelpacket: 1 big bathing-towel and 2 normal towels, costs € 5,00 ( not obliged). Internet: WIFI costs € 2,00 à day.

Living room: The ample living room (40 sqm) has a beautiful view of the water. Because of the large glass front the living room is very light and airy and it allows for a great look outside. The living room is tastefully decorated and contains 2 comfortable sofas and 2 relax chairs, coffee table, dresser cupboard, side table, entertainment centre with TV, Video, DVD and CD players. You will also find many board games. Kitchen: The large kitchen is adjacent to the living room. The kitchen is fitted with all the equipment you could wish: dish washer, microwave-oven, large refrigerator with deepfreeze compartment, stove with 4 cookers, ventilation, electric kettle, sandwich maker, electric juicer and a SENSEO coffee machine. There are enough cutlery and dishes for you to fill up the dish washer. Dining Area: Of course there is a large dining area for 6 persons, with comfortable chairs. Wellnes: An 1 person infra red Sauna in the House with CD musik, color- and aroma Therapie. Bathroom: The bungalow boasts two bathrooms, one is smaller and opens to the hallway, and one larger bathroom, which opens to the master bedroom. The smaller bathroom has a sink and a shower. The larger bathroom has two sinks, shower, toilet and a bubble bath. A separate toilet is located in the hallway. The bungalow has a large storage space. Here, you will find things for babies: a play-pen, child’s chair, child’s bed. Bedrooms: The bungalow boasts three bedrooms; two doubles and one bedroom with a bunk bed. The master bedroom is adjacent to the master bathroom. The other double bedroom has doors to a separate terrace. All bedrooms are fitted with mood lighting and are equipped with an alarm clock.

Outside Area:The bungalow is located directly at the water on a large piece of land. There is a private jetty. The quality of the water is excellent. You’ll love fishing and swimming in it. Because of the peacefulness of the park, you will see many water and meadow birds. Strong swimming steps are present. The home holds two terraces. You will find a hardwood garden set, complete with cushions and parasol. The bungalow has two parking spaces. Pets are welcome. 2 Sofa's and 2 relaxchairs. Because all rooms are located on the ground floor, this house accommodates wheelchairs or disabled guests very well. There is also a life vest for children (10 to 15 kilos) available.
