Bolnuevo is a small quiet Spanish town a couple of miles down te coast from lively Puerto Mazarron. The road ends here in Bolnuevo and runs into a Natural Park, with e Med on one side and the Siera De Las Morerras mountains on the other, this is an unspoilt landscape, hiding numerous secluded coves. Bolnuevo itself is a Spanish village between mountain and sea, making it an ideal resort for a family holiday. The sandy beach is less than a mile from the villa, as is a supermarket with fresh meat, bread, vegetables, alcohol etc. There are various restaurants and bars in Bolnuevo. It is a relatively unsophisticated area and reflects the Spanish way of life, and this should be taken into account should you consider booking. It is for these very reasons why we love Bolnuevo. Port of Mazarron The Port of Mazarron is about 2 miles away, which in summer is a very beautiful.

The Main Villa contains the master double bedroom with en suite, this bthroom also contains the washing machie. down a few steps from te master bedroom is the entrance hall down a few more steps is the living room. This contains a log burner seating for 10, TV, basic UK satalite (this may not work dpending on weather conditions) DVD player numerous films cd and sterio radio. the living area has an American style kitchen with breakfast bar, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, oven hob and coffee maker. Through the living area is the sun room looking out over the pool to the Med, this has tables and seating for 10-12 people and fantastic views of the Med. Back up the entrance hall and left out into the covered courtyard a few steps will tke you to bedrooms 2 and 3. These share an en suite with shower ad are self contained. back to the courtyard and up the path to the rer of the villa is bedroom 4 also self contained with it's own toilet and hand basin. All rooms have ceiling fans in addition to 5 free standing fans. There are 2 further put up beds suitable for children enabling the villa to cater for 10 people.

Outside Area:The front of the villa is the pool BBQ area and patio. By the font door is a set of external steps leadng to the roof top solarium; We also have gardens.
