Floridiann Pearl The house is built and furnished to a very high standard. We have taken a lot of time and effort to ensure it will be an oasis of relaxation and comfort. The house has a king size bed and en suite in the master bedroom (including a huge shower) and a twin size bedroom with an adjacent bathroom, a queen size bedroom with an adjacent shared bathroom and twin bedroom . There are TV’s in all of the bedrooms and a video/DVD and hi-fi for your home entertainment in the great room, and a fully equipped games room (pool table / play station /table football and entertainment center). The rear of the property backs onto a park with a children's play area which is circled by trees and shrubs. There is a large private pool with an attractive waterfall feature, a large decking area, patio furniture &. BBQ .The pool area is fully screened and in cooler months there is an electric pool heater which is available at an additional cost. There is also a pool bathroom adjacent to the pool. The house is fully air conditioned and ceiling fans in the master bedroom, the living and the pool area.

Luxury villa is in a beautiful setting and an ideal 15-20 minutes from Disney World, close to great shopping areas and restaurants, whatever you want, you will find it in Orlando, entertainment capital of the world! Cumbrian Lakes is a private gated Community of beautiful new homes, private lakes, ponds, 15 minutes from Disney World, close to great nature trail, running track and children's play area.

Rental notes: There is a security bond in the form of a £200 cheque that will be returned subject to satisfactory report from the MC , The pool heter is an additional cost. All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions.

The villa is tastefully furnished and consists of 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms, there is a king size bed in the master bedroom which overlooks the pool area .The en suite has a huge walk in shower and beautiful corner bath! The queen bedroom and a twin bedroom have a Jack and Jill bathroom. The second twin bedroom has an adjacent bathroom. There is a TV in each bedroom. The house is child friendly and is equipped with cot, bedding, high chair, stroller etc. There is a large tastefully furnished living area with satellite TV, video, DVD, radio, and CD system. A breakfast nook with four place settings overlooks the pool area there is also a beautiful formal dining area with six place settings The property is fully air conditioned/centrally heated, there is a telephone for local calls and there is a maid service available. Chill out in the games room, which has a full size pool table, TV and playstation , child friendly darts and table soccer! The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a separate laundry area with a washer, dryer, iron and board. We have taken a lot of time; thought and attention with our property to ensure all our visitors have a wonderful holiday.

Outside Area:The villa is in a beautiful setting of Cumbrian Lakes resort and backs onto a park with a children’s play area., it has a private 34ft south west facing pool , is fully screened with a waterfall feature. The pool can be illuminated for nighttime swimming, and it also has a safety fence in accordance to Florida State Law. There is a large decking area with patio furniture , sun loungers and an adjacent pool bathroom. There is also a static BBQ for your convenience .The pool heater is available at additional cost.
