This executive home is situated in the prestigious and well established Westridge community. Situated on highway 27, which provides convenient access to Disney via the interstate, or via highway 192, which gives you options when the traffic is not at its best. It also provides a quick start to your trip to the gulf coast. The security coded automatic gates to the community provide that additional feeling of safety and seclusion. The home offers 1935 sq ft of space, and has the luxury of one superior en-suite bedroom (King) and a further en-suite bedroom (Double). All bedrooms have a remote controlled modern cable TV. There are two twin bedded rooms, one themed for younger children. Two separate living areas, each with modern cable TV and DVD, and one with a playstation, so the kids can do their thing and leave you to do yours. Free wi-fi is available for your laptop, and local and national phone calls are also available free of charge during your stay. Westridge is a private gated enclave of homes, and is a friendly community which offers free of charge the use of a recreation area with a swimming pool and cabana. Our local management company is located in an office at the entrance to our community and so are easy and convenient to access in the unikely event that there are any issues we need to fix up for you.

Our executive four bedroom, 3 bathroom villa is located on the prestigious Westridge development. This well known and established community is on highway 27, close to nearly 30 golf courses and only one hour from the sandy beaches of the gulf coast. Westridge is a private gated enclave of homes, and is a friendly community which offers free of charge the use of a recreation area with a swimming pool and cabana, and a children's play area. Orlando International Airport is 30 minutes drive away. Walt Disney World Resort is just 15 minutes drive, and can be conveniently accessed by either the interstate, or highway 192 which gives you options when the traffic is not at its best. It also gives you a quick start for a trip to the gulf coast. Golf is within a few minutes drive and major shops are a 5 minute drive.

Rental notes: All prices include taxes and cleaning on departure, and EXCLUDE pool heat. Pool Heat separately an additional $120 Per Week A non-refundable deposit of £150 per week is required at time of booking with the balance due 8 weeks before departure. We do hold dates for 7 days whilst awaiting your details, but open dates up after this period if no details or payment is received. A security deposit of $150 per week is due with the balance. This is refundable after your return. Minimum Stay - stays under 1 week incur a $90 cleaning charge

On entering the villa there is a large formal dining and living area with vaulted ceilings creating a great feeling of space and comfort. This area has a dining table and chairs for 6 people, two sofas and separate cable TV, DVD and Playstation for the kids. Moving through the central part of the house house with its vaulted ceilings, you pass through a spacious kitchen area into a large family room which looks out to the pool. The kitchen comes complete with full sized cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer with ice maker and dishwasher. All crockery and glasses are provided for along with other useful kitchen equipment. Adjoining the kitchen there is a breakfast bar with stools, together with an informal dining table for four. There is an automatic washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board etc in the garage. The family room has two sofas, a 40” Digital cable TV and a DVD player. There is also access to the pool area through patio doors. The superior master bedroom has a king sized bed, remote controlled cable TV, complete with spacious en-suite facilities comprising twin vanity basins, large corner bath and a separate walk-in-shower and toilet areas. A walk-in wardrobe area is accessed from the en-suite. The second double bedded room has an en-suite bathroom and remote controlled cable TV. There are two further twin bedded rooms, each with a remote controlled TV, one of which is 'themed' for smaller children. These two bedrooms have use of the third bathroom, which provides separate access to the pool area. All bedrooms have walk-in closets and ample drawer space. Bed linens and towels are provided although we do ask that guests bring their own beach/pool towels. Hairdryers can be found in the two en-suite bedrooms.

Outside Area:To the rear of the property is a screened heatable swimming pool (with underwater lighting), which is maintained weekly. During the winter months we do strongly advise that the heat is turned on. The patio is equipped with furniture for your pleasure.
