Kitchen-dining room with dishwasher, 4 flame gas hob, oven, big refrigerator with freezer, tv, original wood pannelled floor. Spacious master bedroom with double bed and with couch double bed.
Second smaller bedroom with double bed- both bedrooms have the orignal wooden floors. Fully tiled bathroom with
shower box, washbasin, bidet and w.c.
Decor curtains, tastefully furnished and equipped with everything including bed, bathroom and kitchen linen.
Friendly concierge on the premises for assistance. House help

(westbahnhof), a ten minute walk, and the magnificent
Schoenbrunn castle is 15/20 minutes walking distance from the house. Internet points are on the opposite side of the road and free parking at all hours every day is 50 meters away along Ullmannstrasse. Shops, supermarkets, chemists, medical studio, restaurants, take-away food stores are all in the immediate vicinity. The Raimund Theatre for musicals just 7 minutes on foot away.
