Table can be extended Shower - equipped with a good sized shower cubicle, W.C. and wash hand basin in vanity unit with shaver point - towels provided.

Outside Area:Patio is part of the apartment and not shared. It is situated to the West side of the property so as to benefit from the afternoon and evening sun The garden is shared with the occupants of the adjacent apartments. Shutters are fitted to the windows that when drawn down, will lock into place and provide additional peace of mind. Lawns are shared Car Parking space is provided with the apartment. The gate is electrically operated to the entrance of the drive. This can be operated by the fob of the keys provided
