Milan self catering apartment - Lombardy holiday rental apartment in Italy

The apartment is in the north of Milan, near the Metro (Line 1) which takes straight to the city centre in approximatively 12-15', it is also close to the "Greco Pirelli" Railway Station, which takes to some localities of Lombardy (Bergamo, Como, Lecco...). The apartment measures 140 sq m (1500 sq ft) over two floors (1st floor and top floor under roof) in a small early 20th-century block. It sleeps seven and is very light. On the upper floor there are two large twin-bed bedrooms, a full-size bathroom and a landing. There are disposable a little bed and a high chair for a baby. On the lower floor there is a large living-room which can be divided to provide two further beds and a dining-room with period furniture, a table seating eight and a piano, a balcony, an eat-in kitchen, a full-size bathroom, entrance and hallway. The apartment is well equipped with kitchen utensils, pots, pans, crockery and cutlery, as well as electrical appliances (washer, fridge-freezer, cooker, microwave oven, toaster, iron and ironing-board, hair-dryer and vacuum cleaner), TV, DVD player. All bed-linen, blankets etc. and towels are provided. Independent central heating. Telephone with unlimited calls within Italy and free internet connection wi-fi.

Floor Area:140 sq meters

The apartment block is in a very quiet area, yet close to the Milan Metro (Line 1), which takes you straight to the city centre and the trade fairs. It is also close to the Greco Pirelli Railway Station, Tram 7 and Buses 44, 51 and 81. Parking is easy. The Bicocca University and the Arcimboldi Theatre can be reached on foot. All kinds of shops – supermarkets, pharmacies, cafés and restaurants - can be found in the vicinity.

Rental notes: For booking it is requested the payment of 25% of the total, by bank transfer, Paypal or MoneyGram. The full payment can be made by the same way before the arrival, or cash at arrival. Payment of the Security Deposit (250 euro) will be requested along with the payment of the Balance, refunds upon check-out. The tariff varies according to the length of stay and number of people in the party. Just as an indication, the price is about 700-1000 euro for a week.
