Calan Porter holiday villa with pool - Vacation home in Menorca Balearic Islands

This villa has three bedrooms, lounge, fully fitted kitchen and dining area. The two front bedrooms, lead out onto the terrace and pool from the patio doors. In the fully fitted kitchen, you will find all the usual kitchen items plus hob, oven, fridge, microwave and washing machine. There is a t.v. with sattelite freeview channels, d.v.d. player and playstation. The villa is situated approx 5 mins walking distance to the shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and a few mins more to the beach. The transfer time from mahon airport is approx ten mins by taxi or car. The pool and terrace are not overlooked and has patio furniture, sunbeds and a b.b.q.

The resort of calan porter has a bank, car hire, pharmacy, hairdresser, a good selection of bars and restaurants, several do offer evening entertainment. There is the funhouse for children and teenagers. It does consist of air hockey, snooker, table tennis, playstations, bouncy castle and play area for toddlers. While the kids are amused, you will find a bar for the adults. The next town, which is san clemente has a jazz club every tuesday and everybody is welcome. Son Parc golf club is approx 25 mins drive. Son Bou has a bowling alley, approx 15 mins drive. A car is not essential in Calan Porter as everything is to hand. The only time you would need a car is if you wanted to explore the many beaches menorca has to offer.

One master bedroom with double bed and bedside tables with one wardrobe, window overlooks the back garden. Bedroom two with two single beds and bedside table, built in wardrobe and patio doors that lead to the pool. Bedroom three with two single beds and bedside table, built in wardrode and patio doors that lead to the terrace and pool. The bathroom has a bath, overhead shower and w.c. hallway leads up to the lounge area, that has two sofas, t.v. c.d. player, d.v.d. player and freeview. The lounge area has a dining table and chairs for six people. This is an open plan area which leads to the kitchen. Hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, microwave, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Outside Area:The pool and terrace with a b.b.q. and patio furniture. There is a small flower bed and a small garden to the back of the property. Enjoy the roof terrace for sunbathing. You will find parking directly outside the villa.
