Le Chene, The Beams & La Grange are situated 1/2km from the N24 voie express in the peaceful hamlet of Le Corroi. Surrounded by the countryside, it is the perfect setting to enjoy time with your families & friends, whilst being in a safe enviroment where the children can play. Each gite has its own private pool & garden, described in detail on our website. Le Chene caters 10, having 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, The Beams 12, with 5 bdrms & 2 bthrms & La Grange caters for 14 having 6 bdrms, 1 en-suite, plus 2 x bthrms. Each property features impressive beams and granite walls, whilst The Beams features 2 fantastic fireplaces. Each kitchen is furnished with cookers, fridge-freezers, microwaves, dishwashers etc... The dining and living areas have ample seating for all in comfortable surroundings. Being a family ourselves, our gites are fitted round family life and are as child friendly as we can make them. Family rooms are provided comprising of a double bed with bunk beds. Cots, stairgates, pushchairs & highchairs are all provided on request. Puzzles, toys, books, crayons etc are all provided as well as swings, basketball, footballs, sandpits, etc.... A terraced area features garden furniture, bbq's & access to the gardens & pools. A decked area surrounds each pool which is fenced off to safety standards. A shared laundry room comprising of washing m/c, iron & ironing board is available. Ample parking is to the front of each property. Heating is provided only from Oct/Nov to March.

Views:The gites are located in the countryside & therefore surrounded by fields & neighbouring cows.

Le Corroi is located approx 3km from the village of Buleon & is just 10 minutes drive to Josselin. Josselin is a beautiful medievel city with its own fantastic chateau. The Nantes-Brest canal runs through Josselin & is ideal for cyclists & walkers. Kayak (canoes) can be hired during the summer months as can bikes. Josselin is littered with restaurants, bars, shops, timbered historical buildings & shouldn't be missed. Lac au Duc, Ploermel, just 15-20mins drive, is an ideal resort for families. Lac au Duc is a man made lake with a small beach, park, tennis courts, golf course... Watersports are very popular here including water skiing, sailing & pedal boats. The Voie Verte - an old railway line - is located nearby. This path runs from Questembert to Mauron & is enjoyed by cyclists, walkers & skaters. A local cinema & bowling alley, plus supermarkets, restaurants, bars & shops make this town ideal for all the family.

Rental notes: During peak season - July-August the gites are let out on a weekly basis. It is possible to let our gites out for 10 days. We are also flexible on our changeover day - please ask. LE CHENE has 4 bedrooms, 1 twin (downstairs), 2 doubles & 1 family room (double + bunks). Downstairs is also a large shower room with vanity unit & w/c. Upstairs is a large bathroom with overhead shower, v/u & w/c. All bedrooms have beautiful granite walls & fantastic oak beams. Downstairs, a kitchen featuring all mod cons, plus a dining & living area with ample seating for 10. THE BEAMS has 5 bdrms: Downstairs 1 double & 1 twin plus a large shower room with v/u & w/c. Upstairs are a further 2 double rooms & 1 family room (double + bunks) plus a bathroom with overhead shower v/u & w/c. Downstairs a fully fitted kitchen with all mod cons, a dining & living area for ample seating for 12. 2 magnificent fireplaces are located at each end of this gite, one dating back to the 17th C. Fantastic oak beams & granite walls feature in all the rooms, hence its name. LA GRANGE has 6 bdrms. Downstairs is the family room (double + bunks) with an ensuite shower room plus a further large bathroom with separate shower, v/u & w/c. Upstairs are a further 5 bedrooms comprising of 3 twins, 1 double & 1 snug (bunks) & a large bathroom with overhead shower, v/u & w/c. Downstairs a fully fitted kitchen + washing m/c, dining & living area with ample seating for 14. La Grange is french for barn & many of the previous features have been retained & restored during the restoration of this beautiful building.

Outside Area:To the rear of each property is a terraced area with garden furniture & bbq's, private gardens & private pools. The pool to the rear of Le Chene measures 20ft x 40ft & features an integral section 700mm deep - ideal for the little ones. The deeper section measures approx 1m.30. This pool is electrically heated & is surrounded by a large decked area with sunbeds. This pool is only for those who have rented Le Chene. The pools located behind The Beams & La Grange measure 8mx 4m x 1.30m & are solar heated. Each have a decking surround with sunbeds. The pools are only for those who have rented the relative property unless permission has been given by those renting either The Beams or La Grange All the pools are fenced off to safety standards. Each garden has a large private section, with a communal area at the bottom where you can find swings, basketball, seesaws etc...
