Private holiday villa with pool in the outskirts of Levanto in Liguria, Italy. This vacation villa is peacefully located at 2 km from the charming village of Levanto. Levanto is a popular tourist resort with a long beach and many shops and restaurants. You can easily catch a train to discover the amazing Cinque Terre and the rest of the beautiful Italian Riviera. If you feel more adventurous, there are also walking trails starting for a beautiful hike all the way the Cinque Terre’s first village Monterosso al Mare.

Levanto offers castles, public gardens, and incredible architecture. Historic churches ring their bells to signal the time of day. There are many outdoor activities available: tennis, scuba diving, surfing, bike rentals, paddle boats. Levanto has sandy beaches and a swimming pool (that overlooks the Mediterranean for sun worshipers). You can go walking or hiking into our magnificent mountains right from the town. Liguria is where pesto is originally from, one of the most popular sauces in Italian cuisine. Seafood is a major staple of Ligurian cuisine, as the sea has been part of the region's culture since its beginning. Another important aspect of the culture there is the beach. Tourists have been flocking to the Italian Riviera for decades to experience its calm, deep blue water.

This attractively restored old stone mill is turned into a charming holiday home which sleeps up to 10 persons in 4 bedrooms: - at garden level is a bedroom with double bed and double sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with tub. - the middle level is composed of the spacious living room with satellite TV, separate fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. - the first floor has another 2 bedrooms with double bed and bathroom with tub.

Outside Area:Outside you’ll find a large terrace (80m²) with outdoor table, chairs and barbecue. The house is surrounded by a green garden (2000m²) with swimming pool (7,5 x 3,5m) and sun loungers.
