The chalet The Laurencières is a large chalet on 3 floors with a large indoor garage for up to 6 cars! This comfortable chalet can accommodate 18 to 20 people in an atmosphere of luxury. This cottage is brand new since it was built in 2002 and then renovated in 2010. It has a large lounge with a fireplace. This spacious chalet has 7 bedrooms and all with convenient andor storage cupboard. Upstairs you have 3 bedrooms. Two of them have a double bed and the third has two bunk beds. On the third floor you have four bedrooms. Three of them have double beds (one also has a cot) the last room has four beds. There are two bathrooms each with shower and bath. You then have three separate toilets with one of them has a water point.

Le Grand BornandChinaillon is situated in the Aravis mountains 45 minutes from Geneva and 35 minutes from Annecy. The resort is at an altitude of 1000 m with over 220 km of pistes, linking it with La Clusaz. La Clusaz is also a 10 minute bus journey. The chalet is situated in a small village, above Le Grand Bornand called Le Chinaillon. This is at 1300 m and has the majority of the ski lifts along the valley. The chalet is a 15 minute walk from the centre of the village. From there it is then possible to get a free bus to take you to the bottom of the ski slopes. These lifts take you high enough to break away to access many other areas and 500m from the infant garden E.S.F. and other ski lifts. In the centre of the village, there are plenty of great restaurants, but the majority of facilities are in the main high street. Restaurants, bakers, spa etc which are typical of a ski resort villa

This chalet was built in 2002 and then renovated in 2010. It has been built on three storeys. All the rooms and bedrooms are spacious and all the interior of the chalet is of traditional wood structure. There is a beautiful fireplace in the lounge for those cosy winter evenings. There is a total of 7 bedrooms, three on the first floor and four on the third floor. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double beds and the third with two bunk beds. On the third floor there are three bedrooms with double beds, one of which also has a cot. The last bedroom has 4 single beds. Every bedroom has wardrobes and or drawers. There are two bathrooms that both have a shower and a bath. There are also three individual toilets one of which has a small washbasin. You can enter the chalet through the garage that can accommodate up to 6 cars. There is also a laundry room on the ground floor with washing machine and dryer, also an iron and ironing board. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob,grill and gas cooker. There is a big fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and plenty of cutlery and kitchen utensils. There is a beautiful, long wooden table in the dining room, a spacious lounge with comfortable furniture and sofas with a fireplace.

Outside Area:The chalet has a large terrace and balconies. It is situated on the outskirts of the village.
