San Martino alla Palma farmhouse apartments - Florence apartments in Tuscany

10 km from the historic center of Florence, Agriturismo Il Poderaccio consists of apartments and of differing sizes in order to accommodate the individual host family, to small groups of people. Each has a fully equipped kitchenette (some with dishwasher), lounge / living room with fireplace, bedrooms with double or twin beds, bathroom with shower or bath. DTV you get (on request can also have the satellite), Internet access, floor heating, free parking on a private area. Possibility to use even just a bedroom with private bath. Outside is a large terrace overlooking Florence (280 sqm) where you can also eat, a solarium, barbecue, laundry room, bicycle hire, swimming pool mt.10x5 for adults and a small pool above ground for children equipped with inflatable games (mt.4,60 diameter, water height 60 cm).

We are about 600 meters from the village of San Martino alla Palma, a small country at 160 meters above sea level. In the village we can find the post office, grocery store, a butcher and a wine cellar with wine tasting. Tuscan Cooking Restaurant agreement with ten minutes away. The bus stop is 400 meters and is located three kilometers Scandicci. To arrive in Florence, we can use the new tramway from Scandicci that in 15 minutes you'll arrive in Old Town. Distance 78 km from Siena, Pisa 85 km, 80 Lucca, San Gimignano 60 km, Sea 85 km, 90 km Mountain.

Rental notes: Average prices for an apartment for two guests. Extra bed: euro 15 per day per person. Final cleaning extra : from 30 to 50 euro. From 16th June to 31th August minimun stay one week. For booking is expected to pay 30% of the total price, the rest 70% will pay in cash upon arrival to the facility. The account of 30% you can pay by bank transfer or credit card through Paypal (with Paypal increased amount of 4.25%).
