Pontorson holiday gite rental - French self catering Normandy gite

The gite is approx 200 years old, we have recently renovated it to a high standard, it consists of a spacious lounge/diner with original oak beamed ceiling, a door to the rear gardens and a double door to the front patio and garden off road parking and undercover parking for motorcycles. The first floor has a spacious double bedroom with en-suite and original oak beams. A 2 minute walk takes you to the village of Cortils a 7km drive takes you to the market town of Pontorson also 10 minute drive to the larger town of Avranches. We are 10 minutes from the estuary of Le Mont St Michel and within 30 minutes drive to many Beaches. We are also ideally located 15 minutes from the Brittany border.

We are located just 7kms from the market town of Pontorson also Avranches. We are a 5 kms ride from the famous Le Mont St Michel, also the local reptilarium. We are 8kms from the Normandy / Brittany border which boasts beautiful canals and Chateauxs. Most of the beaches are all within a 30-40 minute drive from the gite. Courtils itself has lovely walks and cycle paths.

The gite consists of a large lounge/diner with electric log burner, 5 burner gas range and all the necessary kitchen equipment. The first floor has a large double bedroom, fitted wardrobe, chest drawers and dressing table, bedside cabinets and a tv/video player. A cot is also available if required. It also has an ensuite shower room with large jet/power shower and electric wc.

Outside Area:The front has a pebbled garden area and patio, an off road parking to the rear and another patio and bbq area and large garden with fruit trees and shrubs and lawns. We have new bicycles for hire as we have several cycle routes along the way.
