For local dishes venture up Juarez Avenue or past 10th Avenue to sample authentic Mexican food. A typical day in Playa, as the locals call it, can be spent relaxing under an umbrella propped along the breathtaking Mayan Riviera beaches sipping a margarita. Any changes made within 45 Days of arrival are subject to the cancellation policy. There are no refunds for late arrival, early departure or emergencies of any kind. Rates reflect the cost of the vacation rental condominium plus there is the standard 12% tax that will be added to the total price of your reservation. You may occupy up-to the maximum occupancy listed which is based on the available beds in the condo. Additional portable beds are available for an additional $30.00 per day/per person (during 12/15-4/30 it is $50.00 perday/per person).

Relax in the spacious living room with 42inch plasma tv, home theater system and large comfortable sofas or in the jacuzzi with a glass of wine from the wine cooler after spending the day on the beach. King sized beds in the master bedroom, 2nd bedroom, twin bed's in the 3rd bedroom and LCD flat screen televisions in all of the rooms. Kitchen is fully equipped, with all necessary appliances including garbage disposal, water purification system and your very own temperature controlled wine cellar.
