Your dream house ...is located on the peninsula of Coquina Key in St. Petersburg. A dream of a vacation house. On over 10,000 sq ft. you will find your vacation house with over 2300 sq. ft of living room. This consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1 large exclusive kitchen, 1 dining room and 1 living room. In addition you have a garden with tropical plants and palms, a covered terrace with ocean view, a private swimming pool with whirlpool, sunbathing chairs, air conditioning, telephone and fax, Internet/W-Lan, 2 large televisions with premium cable and SAT TV (over 300 channels), 2 VCRs, 2 DVD Player, 1 stereo system for house and garden, dish washer, washing machine, dryer, toaster, microwave oven, dishes, etc… Naturally you have a garage for your car. Our house is directly on the ocean with a private dock. You'll see breathtaking sunsets. Almost daily between 6 and 9 in the morning you'll be visited by dolphins at the dock. You will find a complete and comfortable house and much more… Our bungalow is not in the tourist area. Instead you will meet friendly neighbors in a calm American residential area. Our house offers over 2300 sq ft. of living space, whether you are a couple, a family of four or come to live with 8 friends.

St. Petersburg Why exactly St. Petersburg? St. Petersburg is in the middle of Florida and therefore offers the most possibilities to reach the most beautiful beaches in the shortest time. Besides St. Petersburg is an excellent hub to visit the many entertainment spots in Florida. Around St. Petersburg, Tampa is just half an hour away and Orlando is an hour and a half away, both cities offering over 100 destinations.

Rental notes: You make a request via the contact form on this website or via free e-mail to info@ferieninflorida.de You will receive an answer immediately, if your requested time is available. With the same e-mail we send you our registration form, which you send us back. We will send you the lease agreement immediately back. Upon receipt of the signed agreement and the downpayment (300 $) at our bank your travel time is definitely reserved for you. You will receive a receipt and booking confirmation by e-mail. You pay the rental rate complete no later than 4 weeks before arrival. Upon receipt of the totalrental amount including deposit you will receive a confirmation via e-mail. You will also receive a booklet containing all relevant information about our home, location, environment, etc. Here we have summarized all important information for your holiday in a brochure. Now it is time for your holidays. Within 4 weeks after departure we well pay you back the deposit if the house was left properly and no damage occured during your stay.

From the living room, kitchen, dining room and master bedroom you have direct access to the terrace with ocean view. You find garden furniture and a private swimming pool and whirlpool. The terrace is covered. There is plenty of space for sunbathing, relaxing listening to music… You can look out over the endless ocean and go to the dock, where there is ample room for eight. There you can fish, enjoy the evening, watch dolphins,… what more could anyone want? Watch TV in our large living room on our large-sized television. Perhaps you could rent a film. You can also play European speed video, since our VCR plays both American (NTSC) and European (PAL) speeds. You'll have no problems with your videocassettes! Two VCRs are at your disposal. Also you have 2 DVD players (one in the living room and one in the master bedroom). Both play even NTSC and PAL speeds. A Hi-fi stereo with radio, double tape deck and 6-CD changer brightens the day and the night. A dial permits channeling the music to either the living room or the terrace. Your living room gives direct access to the terrace, swimming pool and to the ocean! The high ceiling with sunroof and large seating arrangement offers the opportunity for a nice chat together after a full day of impressions. Or open the drapes for a beautiful view of the ocean… Our Chinese style dining room with bar accommodates 6-8 people. Perfect for breakfasting, planning the events of the day or finishing the day with games. Also you find here the internet access and W-Lan. The kitchen has complete furnishings, including refrigerator, freezer, icemaker for cold drinks, cook top, oven, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, dish washer, etc. You won't need anything additional.

Outside Area:As is apparent from the layout, your private pool is unusually large and of an interesting shape. The swimming pool has dimensions of 16 by 33 feet… After awaking in the morning, climb into the bubbling whirlpool and watch the sunrise over the ocean… During the day sunbathe and enjoy the pool, all with a view of the ocean… Dolphins greet you at dock… Evenings barbecue on the terrace beside pool. As you can recognize from the layout, the house offers 4 bedrooms with enough room for 8 people. Also the dining room is designed for 8 people. A table in the kitchen seats 6 diners…if you have chosen not to dine on the terrace. The terrace is very generously proportioned and offers space for 8 people at the table for evenings by the grill, in front of the illuminated pool with ocean view, a dream…The swimming pool/whirlpool has dimensions of 16 by 33 feet and is therefore the optimal size for your enjoyment. A cold drink, a dip in the pool, a view over the ocean, and you enjoy the grill during the evenings followed by a soothing sit in the whirlpool... An unreal paradise.
