Come and enjoy our wonderful villas in Anguilla this year. Bayberry has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, open living room, dining area and full kitchen. We have wonderful outdoor areas for relaxing, and dining and we are just a 5 minute walk to the beach. Chinaberry has 1 bedroom, with sitting area, full kitchen, bathroom with outdoor bathroom and its very own palm tree and superb outdoor dining and relaxing areas. Need three bedroom, just combine the two. The villas have terracotta floors and there is wonderful enclosed courtyard with mature vegitation, loungers and dining areas. The villas are full of charm, and well outfitted with fine bed linens, fluffy towels and well stocked kitchens in case you feel like doing a little meal preparation while on holiday. If not, we have about 100 restaurants to tempt you. Our property manager would be pleased to make some recommendations. There are books, dvd's, games and puzzles to help you relax and enjoy your time on Anguilla.

Anguilla is only 35 square miles, so no matter where you are on the island....everything is easy to find and close by. Bayberry and Chinaberry are centrally located, and only 5 minutes to the ferry terminal. We overlook Rendezvous Bay, and you can enjoy special views and wonderful sunsets. Anguilla has a spectacular golf course (Greg Norman) and it is only a 10-12 minute drive from the villa. We have 35 of the best beaches on the island, so we do recommend a vehicle for your stay so you can get to as many as possible. Rental vehicles are easily arranged and we can have it awaiting your arrival at the villa. The central shopping area of Anguilla is The Valley, and it is about a 10-12 minute drive. Here you will find the airport, the post office, banks and numerous grocery stores. Restaurants are scattered all over the island. Nearby the villa is FerryBoat Inn, with a lovely casual restaurant that serves up a great burger, along with Snapper, Chicken and Steak. Or go to Big Jims for rib right off the bbq. FBI and Big Jims, are 15 minutes by foot, or just a couple of minutes by car.

The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival on island. Our property manager will have you met at the ferry terminal or airport and escorted by taxi to the villa. She will be on hand to meet you and get you settled in. Groceries can be arranged for your arrival, and a rental vehicle can be reserved and waiting for you at the villa.

Bayberry Villa is approx 2000 square feet. It has two large bedrooms each with a king size bed. Bedroom has beautiful walnut floors and jalousie windows and a romantic west indian feel to it. There is an ensuite bathroom with toilet, bidet, sink and tub. There is a hand held shower. Bedroom Two has a king size bed as well as a pull out sofa. This bedroom has terracotta floors, a desk area for the very small amount of work you want to bring with you. Both bedrooms have flat screen tvs, dvd players, a selection of dvds. There is also AC available in each bedroom and this is charged based on usage. The living room, dining area and kitchen are extremely comfortable with lovely rattan, and teak furnishings. There is a gallery with loungers, comfortable seating, and dining area. These all overlook the bay. Chinaberry has a full kitchen, bathroom with outdoor shower and bedroom with sitting area. There is a king size bed, rattan furnishings, tv, dvd, selection of dvds and ac available. As well, there is an outdoor living area with day bed and dining area, as well as a gallery overlooking the bay. A central courtyard can be used by all. It has lovely plantings, loungers, umbrellas and a dining area. its a wonderful place for dining. Both villas have separate entrances, and separate galleries. There is parking at both villas. If you need three bedrooms, then simply combine the two and we are offer wonderful pricing. Both Bayberry and Chinaberry are priced extremely well, and we offer wonderful last minute specials, and superb summer rates.

Outside Area:There are wonderful galleries, with shade sails for cover. They have dining areas, wonderful loungers, and comfy rattan chairs to relax in. As well there is a wonderful courtyard to relax and read. And a dining area to enjoy. Both Bayberry and Chinaberry have charcoal bbqs. There are beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers for you to use.
