Modern apartment in Stresa with large terrace and a sweeping view over Lake Maggiore and Isola Bella, Italy. The vacation apartment is located in a house with a few apartments in an elevated position offering great views of Isola Bella and Lake Maggiore. The house is situated in a private residential park along the lake: it’s a very green and tranquil park, with a small river running through it, offering many shady areas in the warm summer days. It's a 200m walk/drive uphill inside the park from the lakeside road to the apartment.

A great holiday destination directly at the lake in walking distance from the cable car (500m) upto the Mottarone mountain and about 1km from the town center of Stresa. At 500m there is a beach at the lake: Loco Beach Club Stresa. Stresa is ideal as base for exploring Lago Maggiore: hop on any ferry to discover the magic of the Borromeo Islands, the beautiful villas along the shore, the cities Arona and Intra and the picturesque town of Laveno at the other side of the lake. Take a full day boat tour all the way to Switzerland (Ascona and Locarno). Stresa has a train station which connects you easily with Milan. Lake Maggiore is the second biggest Italian lake after Lago di Garda, its eastern bank is in Lombardy, the western in Piedmont while the northern section extends into Switzerland. The charming little towns along its shores are popular resorts today with their grand hotels recalling the Belle Epoque. The most renowned towns of Lago Maggiore on the Piedmont side are Arona, Stresa with its refined elegance, Verbania Pallanza and the town Intra, the charming village Cannero Riviera with a nice beach and Cannobio, close to Switserland. On the Lombard side there are the town Luino and its famous market, Maccagno with a popular beach, the charming Laveno and its cableway towards a panoramic view, and finally the laid-back village Angera and its Castle La Rocca.

The luxury holiday apartment comfortably accommodates 4 to 6 persons in two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and sliding doors towards the living room, bathroom Jacuzzi bathtub. The spacious second bedroom has two single beds and a bathroom with shower. It’s possible to add two small camp beds for children. The bright living room has been stylishly furnished with leather couches and design glass table. Kitchen corner fitted with all modern equipments.

Outside Area:Large glass sliding doors giving access to the spacious terrace and balcony. Lie back and relax in the sun loungers, enjoy the panoramic view whilst dining al fresco on the outdoor table.
