Clermont family villa vacation rental - Florida holiday home in Silver Creek

Our home is named "Silverwood Villa" and is a luxury, detached property all on one level (so no stairs to worry about) on the secluded development of Silver Creek. It is situated just off HWY 27, north of HWY 192 and is a 15 - 20 minute drive from Disney World Complex. If you are looking for all the excitement of the Disney Theme Parks, yet want a peaceful location in which to relax at the end of a hectic day, then our home at Silver Creek would be perfect. The villa has vaulted ceilings & is fully air-conditioned, in addition, it has ceiling fans in all the bedrooms & the living room area. It is carpeted throughout, apart from the kitchen area & bathrooms which are fully tiled. All towels, (except pool/beach towels which we would ask you to provide yourself) and bed linen are included with an extra set in each bedroom. We provide FREE use of a travel cot (crib,) stroller, highchair and baby changing mat for your little one if required. Our little guests have their own themed "Disney" bedroom and also their own special crockery and cutlery. We have installed a well equipped games room within the garage area, comprising a full size, slate bed, pool table which can also be converted to for table tennis by the addition of a separate table top. An electronic dartboard and air hockey game complete the facilities. No need to collect keys from anywhere on arrival as we have a Coded Door Lock and we provide FREE phone calls. Also, you can easily connect to our FREE WiFi network, full details are sent with the door and alarm codes. The villa is protected by a new state of the art security alarm system that is monitored 24 hours a day by Brighthouse and we have a very friendly Management Company, who are available for any assistance during your stay.

Just a few minutes drive away are shops and restaurants and a Wal*Mart & Lowes superstores near the new development of Cagan Crossings. Disney World, Universal and other parks are a short distance away, whilst Busch Gardens is within an hours drive. For the golfers we have approx. 20 golf courses within a 10 mile (16 kms) radius and lots of opportunities for fishing as both the Gulf and Atlantic coasts are approx. an hour away, making it an ideal base for your Florida vacation. Lake Louisa State Park is approx. 5 miles (8 kms) along Highway 27 providing opportunities for walking, fishing etc. and also has a small sandy beach by one of the Lakes.

Luxuriously furnished throughout, there is a spacious living/dining room leading out to the pool area which contains a large 3 seater sofa, 2 seater sofa and armchair. We have a 42" Flat Screen digital TV providing access to over 300 channels and a DVD player with a selection of films for your entertainment when you need to take a break from the Theme Parks!! There is a formal dining area with large table and chairs providing seating for 6 people plus a coffee table and occasional tables with reading lamps. In the front twin bedroom there is a large entertainment unit with a CD mini HiFi system, selection of CD's, books & board games for both adults & children. FREE WiFi Internet access. FREE Phone calls both national & international. In the kitchen there is a breakfast nook with a round wooden table and 4 chairs, plus a child's highchair. You will also find a large cooker with ceramic hob, matching built-in microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, liquidizer, kettle etc. A dishwasher and garbage disposal unit are also incorporated for your convenience. Within the garage area there is a large automatic washer and separate tumble dryer with laundry baskets on the overhead shelf, and just off the hall, is a storage cupboard containing an iron & ironing board. Outside Area:We have a private, fully screened, South West facing 30' x 15' pool which has the advantage of opaque double screening on the lower portions and sides for added privacy. This mesh screen allows the sun's rays in, but keeps the bugs and leaves out!! For those travelling with young children, you will be relieved to know that there is a 4ft high fence between the pool and the main building as a safety feature, which is removable if not required. In addition, the patio doors leading out to the pool area have extra child alarms fitted, which sound each time they are opened.There is also direct access from the pool to the main bathroom, which is always handy when you have children. The pool can be heated if required, and is recommended between October and April. Luxury sun loungers are provided, ready for your relaxation by the pool, with a towel rail to dry your wet swimwear etc. For those who prefer some shade, there is a covered lanai (patio), complete with patio table and chairs (extra chairs can be found in the garage,) plus a light and ceiling fan for dining "al fresco". The pool also has underwater lighting for that night time dip on your return from the Theme Parks, whilst you relax with a glass of wine and watch Disney's Magic Kingdom fireworks over the tree tops.
