Indian Lake is a bit over 1 mile long by ½ mile wide (approximately 200 acres). It is spring fed and the water is clean and clear. The lake is great for swimming, kayaking, and fishing (bass, sunfish, and pickerel). Enjoy the serenity! Motors over 10 hp are not permitted on the lake. Most boats on the lake (other than canoes and kayaks) are 12 foot open fishing boats with small fishing motors. The Lake House is located in a small, quiet community of private homes. A two minute stroll from the house brings you to the community's sandy beach (with a floating raft), the tot lot, and basketball court. Although quite removed from the hustle and bustle of town, everything you need is nearby. Several large grocery stores and the many other shops and restaurants of Wakefield and Narragansett are only 5 minutes away.

Newly remodeled, clean and inviting, with gorgeous water views from most rooms. Large windows overlooking the lake, cathedral ceilings and numerous skylights create an interior that is both bright and cheery. One bedroom has a brand new queen-size bed while the other has two new twin beds that can be made up into a king. The family room, which has a double-bed futon couch, can be closed off from the rest of the house.

Outside Area:There are four sit-on-top kayaks with paddles and PFDs for your use on the lake. These kayaks are perfect for beginners and great for anglers too. In addition, there are lots of noodles and floats to ensure that your family has fun on the water.
